"Intuitive and efficient editor"
What do you like best about Visual Studio Code?

Plugins for VSC provide all the customizations I need. VSC is by far the best tool I have used for editing code, with powerful multi-line editing, function traceback, IntelliSense, and more tools to help with efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visual Studio Code?

Nothing yet. Some recent updates have impacted how I work, but in the end, it is all for the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quickest way to deal with APIs and Postman tests"
What do you like best about Visual Studio Code?

It is the default software to use when dealing with the APIs I manage and test, I have more than 10 years as a network engineer but only 3 with APIs, and the guides I have used Visual Studio Code so using exactly the same tool is just natural, no need to reinvent something that ain't broken, there are more complex editors and more customizable ones, but for my needs, it is just the quickest and easiest to do to complete what I need to do at my job. No time wasted with customizations I am probably not going to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visual Studio Code?

Telemetry shenanigans, in every other way it is fantastic and I don't really care at all since I only use it at my work laptop that has several Microsoft Applications anyway, but making it harder to disable tracking/telemetry by having it hidden in a menu instead of having it available at install is just unnecessary. "Source code editor with support for various programming languages"
What do you like best about Visual Studio Code?

This source code editor has support for editing multiple programming languages and this added to the many tools it has make it very versatile and basic for jobs where multiple languages are used such as programs, applications and websites, especially for dynamic interfaces. Among the editing tools it has all the basics such as import and highlighting, it also has tools and preferences to do multiple tests depending on the type of system and device where the code will run, whether it is the final project or still unfinished, Likewise, it has real-time error detection on the syntax, in order to save time and ensure a script without errors since it also has debugging options, something that helps a lot is that while we are writing code the same program we it goes marking the possible parameter suggestions from its command library which is very extensive to help with quick editing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visual Studio Code?

I would like the program to have browser preview options for works based on website design Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
