What do you like best about Visual Studio Code?

I like that VS Code is multi-platform (Windows, Linux, & Mac), has a vast array of Add-Ins which new ones are always being released and updated, and no updates are constantly being pushed out. It's not bulky like visual studio as in light on memory. It has all the extensions one might need(which can be turned on/off as per requirements)
