To use vCita to increase the way I can have users schedule appointments with me by any Social Media site, my Website, Email Campaigns, and register to attend events/seminars/webinars that I put on all in one place is of the highest quality. The clean and easy to use interface provides for a relaxed atmosphere through the day to interact with customers, clients or prospects. Having vCita automatically inform me and a user of a pending appointment via text and email even on my Smartphone helps me stay very current on what is coming up next. What do you dislike about vcita? vCita is in need of greater integrations with lots of other tools used by small business.It is great to hear on their newly created Facebook vCita Users Group page of the plans for more and better integrations per lots of users requesting these functions. You will see how great their support is if you need help setting up your LiveSite and website code to have vCita working on your website. The customizable pop up widget is wonderful to get potential client engagement. I first used it to encourage people to book a ten minute free visit with me. I definitely noticed an increase in remote clients/patients after installing the widget. The Facebook and Contact page widgets are also awesome as people can book right through either page. I love that is syncs with Google Calendar. The invoicing function keeps improving and the increase flexibility is helpful including the ability to give a discount. The customer service team is very responsive and even sat down with me for over an hour to discuss future improvements to their platform. I gave them my long wish list. Currently there is no feature to prevent people from cancelling their appointment without a penalty even though the policy states no cancellations within 48 hours. People can still cancel and are "surprised" when they get invoiced a cancellation fee. I think there should be a warning pop up for anyone trying to cancel their appointment within 48 hours that says "You are attempting to cancel your appointment within 48 hours. You may incur a cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy. Do you still wish to continue?" 2. There is no way for patients to book a package of appointments and schedule them all at once. It would be great if they could pay directly through the vCita widget and book all five appointment/ten appointments at the same time without having to go in and do it one by one like they do now. 3. Sometimes I have openings in my schedule and the widget says I don't. We've tried to fix it but am not sure why there is a glitch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
