I don't think customer service should be 24/7. Just my opinion.

An intake form that is more child friendly (i.e., parents complete about their child) would be nice.

I love that everything is organized in one space for all my clients. It's easy to make updates and I always know my client's information is protected.I also really appriciate that therapy notes is user friendly. I started my own behavioral health private practice and it was a scary endeavor. TherapyNotes took away much of my worries with their user friendly platform and AMAZING customer service! The most helpful about using Therapy Notes is their Customer Service. First of all, they are available up to midnight! The representatives are kind, friendly, and experts at knowing the software. They always tell me they are happy to help and to call anytime. The software speaks for itself as far as all it does and can do to automate administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing I dislike about Therapy Notes. They are always taking suggestions and, if possible, include many client suggestions in updates to the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TherapyNotes is simply the best in customer service. TN is constantly evolving with new features and listens to their customers. Not only are they accessible by phone or email, they are friendly and always have the answer to your question. Many times the issue is customer user error, but yet they are just as eager to help you when might be part of the problem! I cannot recommend TherapyNotes enough! Some EHRs may have attractive features, but TherapyNotes is constantly changing to provide its customers with a competitive EHR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My dislike is while therapy notes has the ability to keep track and organize your clients, info and schedule, if everyone doesn't update their notes or keep up with what is needed, it's hard to get what you need in an important moment when you need specific information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Writing individual notes is easy and linked directly to your schedule. The schedule can also be linked to your Google or Apple calendar, so you can view availability without having to log in to a computer. The To-Do list provides reminders of paperwork updates (treatment plans, consents, etc), so I no longer have to track that on paper. The billing system seems to work relatively well, though I use a contractor (Practice Solutions) for that so have no direct experience with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Group notes are a pain - there is no way to fill in the intervention for all notes at the same time, so I have to copy and paste from Word. I would like to be able to separate my "ToDo" list into notes and admin tasks, but there is currently no way to do this. The scheduling feature can be slow to update, so after you make an appointment it takes a while to appear on the screen,. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
