"Simple, Intuitive, and Organized"

What do you like best about TherapyNotes?

TherapyNotes is so great because it is a centralized hub for all of a therapist's greatest needs. It provides a template for documentation that easily replicates the SOAP format we're taught in graduate school. It also provides the most common therapeutic intervention to be selected when listing actions used in session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TherapyNotes?

There are no significant cons to this platform. The only improvement would be allowing a "Diagnosis Deferred" section under the DSM/IDM section since some places don't accept insurance and, consequently, don't provide diagnoses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TherapyNotes solving and how is that benefiting you?

TherapyNotes is a one-stop shop for all of your ethical and legal needs for documenting and maintaining client records. It allows easy dissemination of informed consents, and the case note documentation process is intuitive and aligns well with what therapists are instructed to do in graduate school. What do you dislike about TherapyNotes?

There are some more improvements needed to get the site working the absolute best for the billing side of things, but I've definitely seen it come a long way since we began using it a couple years ago. What do you like best about TherapyNotes?

I love their customer service b/c they have a live person answering questions. And that their platform is easiest to navigate. out of all the EHRs I've tried, therapy notes is hands down, the very best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that they don't have a way to send assessments to clients to fill out via their client portal. I have to use pdf filler and create all my own forms if i want clients to fill them out using their client portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
