What do you like best about WizCommerce?

The ability to manage orders, inventory, quotes, and tear sheets—all in one place—has been a game-changer. The UI is clean and intuitive, and the tagging system helps our team track order statuses effortlessly. WizCommerce is fast becoming the central nervous system of our B2B and wholesale business, bringing everything under one roof—orders, quotes, payments, and reporting. The tagging system and status updates are intuitive and give us a real-time view of order progress. It feels like a much more modern and customizable platform compared to what we were using before. What do you dislike about WizCommerce?

What problems is WizCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a centralized platform to replace the patchwork of tools we were using to manage B2B and wholesale orders. WizCommerce eliminates manual steps, improves team visibility, and reduces the back-and-forth between reps, ops, and customers. Order-taking is a breeze. What do you like best about WizCommerce?

Very easy to take orders, enter new customers and check inventory. Easy to update/add items and inventory. Customer Support has been fantastic! They are always there to answer my questions or offer help when I need it. I don't think they ever sleep Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WizCommerce?
