**What do you like best about WizCommerce?**

We initially implemented WizCommerce to streamline order writing at trade shows and to support our in-house customers without dedicated sales representation. One of the things we appreciated most was the team's willingness to listen to our feedback and customize the platform to fit our workflow. Over time, we've seen the platform continue to evolve, with meaningful improvements and new features that have made it more user-friendly and capable. Their responsiveness to customer feedback and commitment to improving the product have been standout qualities.

**What do you dislike about WizCommerce?**

We haven't experienced any significant issues with WizCommerce. The platform has continued to improve over time, and the team has been responsive to feedback and enhancement requests.

**What problems is WizCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WizCommerce simplified our order entry process at trade shows and for our in-house sales team. It gave us a centralized platform for managing products and creating orders, which improved efficiency and consistency. As the platform evolved, their team worked with us to tailor features to better support our business needs.

**What do you like best about WizCommerce?**

Implementation was straightforward. Onboarding was smooth, the team was responsive, and integrations were handled without major issues. Support typically responds within 24 hours, which kept the transition on track.
The support team is a genuine differentiator. CSMs are proactive, easy to work with, and willing to build around your specific workflow.
The feature set is broad and practical: quoting, order writing, tear sheets, trade show scanning, and real-time inventory and customer data, all in one place. 
The interface is clean and intuitive. Reps adapt quickly, the mobile app works offline, and everything lives in one platform instead of scattered across disconnected tools.

**What do you dislike about WizCommerce?**

We have yet to encounter any issues that rise to the level of a meaningful concern.

**What problems is WizCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary need was a dependable mobile sales platform for wholesale markets, one that both permanent and temporary reps could pick up quickly and rely on without hand-holding. WizCommerce delivers on that. Order writing, product lookup, and customer data are all accessible in the field. Onboarding new or temporary reps has been straightforward, which matters when you are moving fast during market week.

**What do you like best about WizCommerce?**

I like the ease of functionality that WizCommerce offers, which really helps better assist our sales reps. The features it provides, like the Wiz AI Studio for creating lifestyle images, are particularly valuable. Additionally, the flipbook feature is a great tool. We've found the platform to be an improvement over what we used before, largely because of the better platform, more features, and the support staff. The initial setup was very easy, making the transition smooth.

Nothing to say here, everything has been working great

**What problems is WizCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WizCommerce helps us efficiently get customers in and out, organize photos and items for easy access, and showcase more products to customers during visits.

**What do you like best about WizCommerce?**

I like that WizCommerce gives us all the tools in one place, which is really beneficial for coming up with a quote and converting it into a purchase order. I also appreciate how I can quickly find out what's selling and work with my customers accordingly. The setup was easy, and the customer service is good.

**What do you dislike about WizCommerce?**

The only improvement I'd say is custom reporting. It would be great if it could be a little easier to choose, maybe with a quick menu on the fields to select.

WizCommerce gives us all the tools in one place, helping in quickly coming up with a quote and converting it into a purchase order.

**What do you like best about WizCommerce?**

The ease of use and the ease of implementation. It is organized and has great features that make my daily use a breeze. We have a great support system too, which helps a lot! They are constantly giving us new features and never overpromise or underdeliver. We love them!

**What do you dislike about WizCommerce?**

Sometimes they are so great at releasing new features that they forget to tell you about it. But we haev monthly meeting with our CS person, Sunny ( he's the best), and we are able to go over all the newness with ease.

**What problems is WizCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Wizcommerce for our sales tool and our website. Our reps love it and so do we! It is so much easier to shop and more organized than the previous platforms we have used.

**What do you like best about WizCommerce?**

I like how forward-thinking WizCommerce is in terms of AI. They are constantly evolving and adding new features, fully utilizing AI to do so. Their AI image studio is a game changer for product photography, especially with the silo editor that removes backgrounds perfectly with just a click. The lifestyle image generator is amazing for creating beautiful and realistic lifestyle shots without needing a photographer. They also have smaller AI features, like checking for potential customer duplicates when entering new data, which is really helpful. On top of that, WizCommerce built a seamless integration with QuickBooks for us, which saves us a lot of manual work. The team is incredibly easy to work with, and if you need a feature they don’t have, they will collaborate with you to make it happen. We switched from RepZio to WizCommerce and couldn't be happier with the decision. WizCommerce is superior in every way.

**What do you dislike about WizCommerce?**

Products with fine detail can be a little troublesome at times for the lifestyle generator to accurately replicate. My customers have trouble at times getting logged into our website, but that's more user error than WizCommerce's shortcomings. I wish there was a way for products in a product tree to be sorted via the desired SKU first. The setup was challenging and required a lot of work.

WizCommerce centralizes our order processing, integrating orders from trade shows, sales reps, and our website into one channel. It provides seamless order management and eliminates manual labor with QuickBooks integration.

We converted to Wiz Com for all of are sales needs be it at a trade show, on the road or at the office.  The transition was painlesss.  We going the next step to add Wiz Shop as our B2 C platform.

Switching back and forth between countries is a pain

Regardless on how we receive the order ( thru Wiz, website, etc…) reps and management has full visibility

**What do you like best about WizCommerce?**

It’s user-friendly and easy to navigate, and the interface looks good overall.

**What do you dislike about WizCommerce?**

From an admin perspective, the contact search sensitivity seems to depend on whether you’re searching by customer/company name or by duplicate-search criteria. In my experience, it isn’t very sensitive when searching by company name, but it is very sensitive when adding phone number and the contact’s name where it prompt or notify me that a same record exist to which it is not. Company name merging is a separate issue as well. It would be best to have a contact-merge option within Wiz itself, similar to the feature in Hubspot, where the admin/user can choose to merge contacts directly in Wiz.

**What problems is WizCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The connection between using ELLA and WIZ, as well as the synchronization between Wiz and NetSuite.

I like that WizCommerce allows us to manage both our showroom sales and web sales with one program. This single source of truth streamlines the sales process. I'm especially happy with the support provided, as they have been helpful whenever needed. The platform has improved several times based on suggestions, making it a reliable tool for us.

Additionally, the initial setup was super easy and beginners friendly, which I appreciate.

**What do you like best about WizCommerce?**

The ability to manage orders, inventory, quotes, and tear sheets—all in one place—has been a game-changer. The UI is clean and intuitive, and the tagging system helps our team track order statuses effortlessly. WizCommerce is fast becoming the central nervous system of our B2B and wholesale business, bringing everything under one roof—orders, quotes, payments, and reporting. The tagging system and status updates are intuitive and give us a real-time view of order progress. It feels like a much more modern and customizable platform compared to what we were using before.

**What do you dislike about WizCommerce?**

Nothing major at this stage. As we’re pushing the limits of what WizCommerce can do, there are a few edge cases we’ve come across, but the team is responsive and eager to evolve the product based on our feedback.

**What problems is WizCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a centralized platform to replace the patchwork of tools we were using to manage B2B and wholesale orders. WizCommerce eliminates manual steps, improves team visibility, and reduces the back-and-forth between reps, ops, and customers. Order-taking is a breeze. Sales reps have full visibility into real-time while selling on the road. AI recommendations help them sell better and sell more.

**What do you like best about WizCommerce?**

Very easy to take orders, enter new customers and check inventory.  Easy to update/add items and inventory. Customer Support has been fantastic!  They are always there to answer my questions or offer help when I need it.  I don't think they ever sleep

**What do you dislike about WizCommerce?**

Credit card transactions are not processed as simple as with prior systems.  We need to learn more about reporting features to get the most out of WIZ.

**What problems is WizCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to replace the order writing system we were using (Brandwise) before it merged with Markettime.  We needed something that was easy to use and affordable.  WIZ commerce fit the bill.
