"Empowers Interactive Presentations with Ease"
What do you like best about Slido?

I like using Slido because it creates a sort of interactivity with the audience that everyone loves and appreciates. It gives me insight directly about what the audience understands and thinks. The interactivity part is really amazing, allowing me to create a baseline understanding by making the audience vote throughout the presentation, and the results showing up on the slides are impressive. I find the setup really easy, as I can install the add-ons in PowerPoint, connect it with my browser and account seamlessly, and see templates and voting results in my slides directly. It's been an amazing experience, and the audience loves it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slido?

I would really like to see Slido in Canva, and their pricing model need to be adjusted. In addition to that, I want them to be like Quizlet or something like that to maybe enable some quizzes, not only voting or interaction. I maybe want them to have a quiz inside my PowerPoint and to share them the results and the correct answers after the lecture has ended to their emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Slido Makes Audience Engagement Effortless with Intuitive Polls and Seamless Integrations"
What do you like best about Slido?

Slido is easy to use and effective at increasing audience engagement during meetings, webinars, and events. Features such as live polls, Q&A, and word clouds run smoothly and feel very intuitive, even for first-time users. I also find the integration with tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Microsoft Teams especially convenient, making it simple to use in professional settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slido?

Some of the more advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting for smaller teams. Also, the customization options for visuals and branding could be broadened so it’s easier to align the look and feel with corporate presentation styles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Interactive Meetings with Seamless Integration"
What do you like best about Slido?

I use Slido to make meetings and presentations more interactive. It helps me run live polls, collect questions (even anonymously), and get instant feedback from the audience. It's simple, engaging, and makes sessions feel more organized and professional. What I like most about Slido is the live polling and anonymous Q&A feature. It makes it easy for everyone to participate, even those who are shy, and gives instant feedback that keeps meetings and presentations engaging and interactive. I also appreciate how it integrates smoothly with presentation tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and meeting platforms like Zoom, making live sessions more interactive without interrupting the flow. We switched to Slido from another tool because it integrates better with our presentation tools, feels more intuitive for live Q&A, and was more cost-effective for our team. It was very easy to set up; we set everything up quickly, and the team picked it up right away without much training. It's been reliable, easy to use, and works really well for our events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slido?

I think the free version has some limitations, especially with advanced features and participant limits. Sometimes customization options for polls and layouts could be more flexible. I'd like more poll types, better customization for colors and layouts, and more detailed analytics. It would also be great if some advanced features were available in lower plans. "Goodbye Awkward Silences, Hello Real Engagement"
What do you like best about Slido?

Slido is a fantastic tool for making presentations feel like a real conversation instead of a one-way lecture. What stands out most to me is the anonymous Q&A, which really levels the playing field and gives even the quietest people in the room a comfortable way to ask thoughtful, insightful questions without feeling any pressure. What do you dislike about Slido?

The PowerPoint integration feels incredibly clunky. It often lags or even crashes at the worst possible moment—right when I’m trying to build momentum during a live presentation. I also find the pricing structure for the “Pro” features pretty stingy, since it puts basic necessities like data exports behind a paywall that feels more like a ransom than a fair upgrade. "Keeping Online and In Person Audiences Engaged"
What do you like best about Slido?

What I appreciate most about Slido is its ability to engage both in-person and online audiences so effectively. It really helped close the gap between these two formats, ensuring everyone had an equal chance to participate and ask questions. I found Slido straightforward to learn, easy to navigate, and simple to integrate into my presentation. The fact that I could use it for free was an added bonus. Making use of the Q&A and quiz features kept both the audience and myself, as the presenter, actively involved throughout the session, which made delivering training more interactive and enjoyable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slido?

Honestly, I can't think of any drawbacks. It was extremely easy to use and integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Successful Community Engagement Event"
What do you like best about Slido?

Every part of the system was easy to use, the help center was spot on and answered all questions quickly and efficiently. The integration with Google Slides was seamless. We used polls, and live Q&A for an in-person event and the community LOVED it and everyone old to young was able to participate with their smart phones. I only used it once, but will be coming back again to use it again. Loved the option to buy for a "one time" use of the upgraded features. The data export is also perfect. What do you dislike about Slido?

My ONLY tiny issue was that it took me a few tries to get the Google Slide extension to download, but I think that was a user error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An amazing tool adding interactive touch to your presentations"
What do you like best about Slido?

The Live Polls and Q&A features are excellent for running quizzes, allowing the audience to interact with the presentation in real time and making it easier to keep everyone engaged. Incorporating these interactive elements into slides is straightforward—just a single click from the slido extension bar, making the process very simple. This tool has quickly become one of my favorites for presentations, and since I usually deliver at least one presentation each month, it has definitely been my preferred tool to integrate with PowerPoint so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slido?

I'm not sure if this issue is unique to me or if others are experiencing it as well, but I haven't been able to properly integrate Slido with Google Slides. On the other hand, integration with PowerPoint was quite seamless for me. Another area for improvement is the AI Quiz feature. Currently, you can type in a topic and it generates five quiz questions, which is helpful. However, it would be even better if the tool could analyze the content of the presentation itself and generate quiz questions based on that material. That would make the feature much more useful. "Slido Makes Teaching More Interactive and Inclusive"
What do you like best about Slido?

I have found Slido to be a really effective tool for increasing participation and engagement in teaching and training. It is very easy for students to access as they simply join with a code or QR link, which removes a lot of the usual barriers to using digital tools in the classroom.

What I particularly like is how it gives everyone a voice. The anonymous responses mean that students who might normally stay quiet feel much more comfortable contributing, which often leads to more honest answers and richer discussion. It also allows me to quickly see what students are thinking or whether they have understood a concept, so I can adapt the session in the moment.

Overall, Slido is simple to use, highly interactive and a very effective way of making learning more participative and inclusive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slido?

There are no downsides - it is quick and easy to use and provides engagement in class. I would like more choice of activities. I would also like to be able to ask more that one question on each slide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great UX makes creating and previewing mobile-friendly polls easy"
What do you like best about Slido?

Great UX! It's easy to create/update polls and see what they will look like on a mobile phone in the same window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slido?

Integration apart from pre-defined apps, is not possible. I started to use presentation-as-code more and more recently, instead of Google Slides, but I didn't find a way how I can integrate slido in e.g. slidev presentation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User Friendly & Intuitive"
What do you like best about Slido?

It is very easy to navigate around the product. Very easy for someone who is not a tech savvy person to create a poll and to make use of the tool. Some of the features are more user-friendly than other tools I have used before. E.g., you can control the active poll one poll at a time depending of which one you wanted to use and multiple polls can be created under 1 project title / room / canvas. Very easy and I prefer that a lot. Also, there is no limit (or the limit is very high) to insert a number of options for the poll itself. Also, it is very easy for the poll participants to join in and interact with the poll w/o the need to sign in / other complicated way to join in, always a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slido?

2 things to improve maybe:

1- I couldn't get to the point where you can restrict the minimum number for a participant to pick (a minimum number they must fulfill / select from the options) to allow them to submit an entry but only a max number. I think that option would be useful - if it is not there yet, or if there is, not quite intuitive that I couldn't find it.

2- The aesthetics could be improved I think - it will be much aesthetically pleasing for presentations.

That's all. Thank you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
