What do you like best about Sendoso?

I find Sendoso incredibly valuable for engaging with clients and prospects, as it enables me to develop pipeline opportunities, advance expansion and renewal opportunities, and create new relationships with ease. I particularly appreciate its user-friendly nature which makes it easy to use and manage. The platform's ability to facilitate bulk sends is beneficial, as it allows me to quickly send items to a list of contacts by uploading a CSV file, streamlining the process significantly. Furthermore, the Amazon plugin feature is a standout for me, as it provides an extensive range of gifting options beyond the standard stock inventory, enhancing the personalization and creativity of gifts. This wide array of choices enables me to tailor gifts for prospects and customers, setting a positive impression and fostering good relationships. The selection of gifts available is impressive. I find the feature that allows recipients to exchange their gifts during checkout particularly useful. What do you dislike about Sendoso?

I find it cumbersome to send repeated items with Sendoso. The process involves multiple steps, such as copying and pasting email addresses into the bookmark tab, generating a code, and then coming back to complete the process. What do you like best about Sendoso?

I love using Sendoso, especially for its easy setup process that was straightforward and user-friendly. The website's intuitive navigation enhances my experience, and I really like the pop-ups and email integration which streamline my workflow. I find the platform's integration with email particularly useful, allowing for seamless communication and gift sending to prospective customers and my team of XDRs. What do you like best about Sendoso?

Sendoso's marketing is great and the sales process was fast-moving — I made the assumption that the platform would allow us to more easily accomplish our goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendoso?

I do not believe I have ever had a more negative experience with a vendor — our team was aiming to stand up Sendoso for a holiday campaign and were clear about the deadline across the process.

At every step of the way, we ran into obstacles - the portal had several near comical bugs preventing submission and ordering items, the ability to upload images for our files did not allow any amount of re-sizing or configuration, the shipping was unclear and in one shipment they forgot to package an item, sending items was also navigating a design maze that required several support conversations. This campaign was important for the company & we should have 100% done it ourselves without selecting Sendoso - I feel confident that it would have went smoother, involved less friction at every turn, and I am now counting down the months on the contract to select a different vendor. Until now, I've never felt compelled to write a G2 review, but honestly wish that I would have seen this note before making my decision - I would highly recommend not moving forward with Sendoso if you need to move with any urgency for a campaign or value products that you can navigate independent of support. What do you like best about Sendoso?

I love the pun generator, specifically for e-gifts, which helps me create creative messaging effortlessly. I also love how seamless the platform is; it's really easy to navigate and select the type of e-gift. It's easy to set team and individual budgets and manage the financial aspects of gifting. The seamless nature of the platform is a real time-saver with strong integrations, like with Salesforce, allowing me to send something out with just a click. What do you dislike about Sendoso?

I think sometimes it's hard to know how much of your budget is being used, especially when gift cards get refunded. I kind of wish we received emails regarding when a gift wasn't used and when we are getting refunded. What do you like best about Sendoso?

I think Sendoso is really easy to use and set up. I probably like the ability to create different funding sources for each team the most. We tie different credit cards to each sales team, which makes accounting much easier by accurately tracking how much Sendoso spend is going out. The HubSpot integration is another favorite. It's super simple and built into a workflow, which is great. Setting up a campaign in Sendoso and then syncing it with HubSpot so that the workflow kicks off instantly is very easy. What do you dislike about Sendoso?

The UX of the Sendoso platform isn't great. There's some bugs and some hiccups you run into where you think you saved something, but you didn't, or it says one thing, but once you save it and go back, it actually says the correct thing, what you were looking for. And then the marketplace itself, because they're international, we only wanna ship US, having to always filter for gifts that are US based. But there are just lille things, nothing serious.
