**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

Sendoso has been a great all-in-one platform for gifting and swag management. The ability to procure branded swag directly through the platform simplifies the entire process, from sourcing to fulfillment, and removes a lot of operational overhead for our team. Event sends, party links, and campaigns make it easy to manage larger initiatives, track engagement, and keep everything organized in one place rather than across multiple tools or spreadsheets.

We also really value the Marketo integration, which allowed us to automate our Community Point store and eliminate the need to manually fulfill orders. That automation has saved significant time and made our programs much easier to scale. Overall, Sendoso makes it easy to execute, track, and manage gifting programs efficiently while maintaining a strong brand experience.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

One area for improvement is support for international event sends. While Sendoso works well for individual global gifting, it’s not well suited for coordinating large-scale international event sends, which limits its usefulness for global programs. Additionally, inventory visibility can be confusing—items that are out of stock still appear in the inventory tab, making it harder to quickly understand what’s actually available and adding extra steps when planning or executing sends.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sendoso helps solve the operational challenges of managing gifting and swag at scale. It eliminates the need to manually source, store, track, and fulfill branded merchandise, while also simplifying event sends and ongoing campaigns through centralized tracking and reporting. With built-in integrations like Marketo, Sendoso reduces manual work by automating programs such as our Community Point store, allowing us to move away from manual fulfillment and spreadsheets. Overall, it helps streamline complex logistics, improve visibility, and save time while still delivering a high-quality, on-brand gifting experience.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I love the marketplace features of Sendoso, as well as the send tracker and ability to create boxes from our inventory in the warehouse!

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

Learning to set up a campaign at first was a bit confusing. I wish there was a way to create a standing, always-on landing page feature. There are some gifts that we send regularly that would be better to have an always-on landing page.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sendoso helps us to celebrate customers and prospects who attend our events. At RevPartners, we cultivate a culture of giving without any expectation of receiving. We are able to celebrate people who might be interested in our services without always pushing for a next meeting. We also use Sendoso to stay top of mind with AEs and Managers at HubSpot, who we partner with on deals.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I find Sendoso incredibly valuable for engaging with clients and prospects, as it enables me to develop pipeline opportunities, advance expansion and renewal opportunities, and create new relationships with ease. I particularly appreciate its user-friendly nature which makes it easy to use and manage. The platform's ability to facilitate bulk sends is beneficial, as it allows me to quickly send items to a list of contacts by uploading a CSV file, streamlining the process significantly. Furthermore, the Amazon plugin feature is a standout for me, as it provides an extensive range of gifting options beyond the standard stock inventory, enhancing the personalization and creativity of gifts. This wide array of choices enables me to tailor gifts for prospects and customers, setting a positive impression and fostering good relationships. Overall, Sendoso's features save time and enhance my ability to connect with essential industry stakeholders effectively.

As an AM, Sendoso solves my biggest headache: staying top-of-mind without being a nuisance. It’s helped me bridge the gap between being a 'software vendor' and a 'strategic partner' by allowing me to show up for my clients during their big wins and their occasional service frustration

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

While the platform is incredibly powerful, the user interface can be a bit clunky and requires a learning curve to navigate efficiently. I’ve also found the Chrome extension to be a little glitchy, requiring frequent refreshes. Additionally, I’d love to see more consistency in the gift catalog for international regions, as my global clients sometimes have fewer options compared to those in North America.

Sendoso solves the "digital noise" problem by moving engagement from an overcrowded inbox to the physical world. For an Account Manager, this provides a pattern interrupt that breaks through to busy decision-makers. It effectively addresses retention risk by automating thoughtful touchpoints for milestones and renewals, and solves the logistics nightmare of manual shipping and address collection

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I like how easy it is to set up a campaign with Sendoso and the flexibility to either send swag from your branded store library or order new swag through Sendoso. I also appreciate the international marketplace feature to send local gifts. The platform's user-friendliness makes these features more valuable because I can set things up quickly and efficiently. It doesn't take me much time to send a gift, and I don't need to know the recipient's address because Sendoso sends out a link for the recipient to input their own address.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

I think sometimes it's hard for me to navigate, especially when setting up a campaign. There's just a lot of options, and I wish we could simplify it or possibly get AI recommendations based on what we've done in the past.

Sendoso gives us a single platform for all gifting needs and manages our company swag. Its easy reporting tracks swag inventory and sent gifts.

I love how easy marketing makes it for us to gift to prospects. Gifting is a huge part of our outbound strategy especially when it comes to accessing decision makers and economic buyers, and Sendoso makes it so easy, seamless, accurate, and easily scalable. It doesn't hurt that the communications that prospects receive are top notch and very clear / impossible to get buried in their inboxes.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

I wish it was slightly more flexible in where we could gift from and provided slightly more societally conscious or ethical vendors.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting in front of decision makers and economic buyers, getting a response to emails, strengthening existing relationships, multi-threading.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

Easy to setup campaigns, lots of options in the marketplace as well. They also provide great resources via Sendoso University. I also like how they allow a variety of ways to send gifts via party link, 1:1, etc. and have great controls. Also, Andres was fantastic with onboarding, 10/10!

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

The UI/UX as a sender could be much better, it seems outdated. Also, the gifts show weird descriptions (marketplace gifts) to the gift receiver as well that don't make sense for someone receiving a gift to see. I will say we called out the weird descriptions with support and they were quick about fixing it. Lastly, the landing pages aren't as customizable as competitors.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a great way to thank partners and clients in a memorable way or even simply sending a food gift card for pre/post enablement sessions. The ability to store swag in the warehouse is huge as our team is spread widely throughout the country.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

The selection of gifts available is impressive. I find the feature that allows recipients to exchange their gifts during checkout particularly useful. The overall user interface and experience of the platform are also well-designed, with the "smart send" feature standing out for its ability to suggest personalized gifts simply by entering the prospect's email address.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

A little more details in the "send tracker" page would be great. Like till when is the address confirmation link valid etc. Similarly, if i have enabled the option to let the prospect exchange gifts during checkout.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The feature that recommends gifts based on a prospect's email address is excellent, as it saves me significant time that I would otherwise spend researching suitable gifts. I've been using Sendoso both to follow up on ongoing conversations and to initiate new ones, such as when a prospect receives a promotion. It has proven to be very effective as a way to send a congratulatory or friendly message, rather than just a sales-related follow-up.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

Giftology is the perfect way to break through the noise, generate feelings of reciprocity, and the real-time alerts and tracking make follow-up easy. Not to mention that it takes a lot of the pressure off of cold calling/messaging when you can reference the gift in your outreach. I've never needed any customer support, but I also hear they are very responsive.  I use Sendoso every day, and it integrates directly into our HubSpot workflows.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

I wish you only paid for the gifts that are redeemed, but I don't think that is the case. To be honest, though, I could be wrong, I'm not paying the bill.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

breaking the ice, sparking feelings of reciprocity to warm up our cold, outbound sales outreach. 
Also, we use it all the time to help us improve our relationships with prospects and customers alike, celebrating the special moments in their life, etc.

There are a lot of options for gifts, and recent improvements to their platform make it even easier to send. We were also able to integrate with our custom CRM so our reps can send directly from customer accounts.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

We've had some difficulty getting inventory in and out of their warehouses.

**Recommendations to others considering Sendoso:**

Easiest to use if you use Salesforce or another platform they're integrated with. Custom integrations present unique challenges (although, that's not totally unexpected).

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sendoso has been most effective in helping us land more meetings and re-engage accounts with e-gift cards. It's also really nice to be able to send physical gifts when we need a more personal touch. We've used Sendoso for our holiday gifts the past couple of years, and their variety of gift packages and address confirmation features have made that process much smoother for us.

I find it cumbersome to send repeated items with Sendoso. The process involves multiple steps, such as copying and pasting email addresses into the bookmark tab, generating a code, and then coming back to complete the process. It would be more convenient if there was a more streamlined way to create a hyperlink within Outreach, eliminating the need for these extra steps.

I find the ease of use of the Sendoso platform appealing. The initial setup was seamless and super easy, even for end users. I use it mainly to reward customers, and it helps me avoid having to ping Marketing for help to get something out, as well as reduce expense reports for gifts. All is good with it, and I appreciate how smoothly everything works.

Sometimes finding the right gift card is challenging. It's probably user error.

I use Sendoso for corporate gifting and direct mail, which is helping me build relationships and close deals. I like sending gifts as part of campaigns and combining it with tools like Salesforce and HubSpot. It boosts engagement and is great for ABM and high-value leads. It's also easy to track ROI and conversions. The initial setup was easy.

It's not ideal for large scale, low budget campaigns. It can have a variety of gifting options which can help to make more leads.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

Sendoso's marketing is great and the sales process was fast-moving — I made the assumption that the platform would allow us to more easily accomplish our goals.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

I do not believe I have ever had a more negative experience with a vendor — our team was aiming to stand up Sendoso for a holiday campaign and were clear about the deadline across the process. 

At every step of the way, we ran into obstacles - the portal had several near comical bugs preventing submission and ordering items, the ability to upload images for our files did not allow any amount of re-sizing or configuration, the  shipping was unclear and in one shipment they forgot to package an item, sending items was also navigating a design maze that required several support conversations. This campaign was important for the company & we should have 100% done it ourselves without selecting Sendoso - I feel confident that it would have went smoother, involved less friction at every turn, and I am now counting down the months on the contract to select a different vendor. Until now, I've never felt compelled to write a G2 review, but honestly wish that I would have seen this note before making my decision - I would highly recommend not moving forward with Sendoso if you need to move with any urgency for a campaign or value products that you can navigate independent of support.

I really like the ease of use with Sendoso for both myself and the customers I send gifts to. The copy and paste functionality makes life super easy, and it's so fast to do so. The initial setup was really easy too, probably because of the SSO, as I just had it ready to go when I started at my company.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

Maybe more options? I love Amazon and DoorDash and there is a lot more but I think more options on gifts would be great.

I find Sendoso reduces the time to response from my customers. It's really easy to use for both me and the customers I'm sending gifts to, and the copy-paste functionality is fast and convenient.

I love the pun generator, specifically for e-gifts, which helps me create creative messaging effortlessly. I also love how seamless the platform is; it's really easy to navigate and select the type of e-gift. It's easy to set team and individual budgets and manage the financial aspects of gifting. The seamless nature of the platform is a real time-saver with strong integrations, like with Salesforce, allowing me to send something out with just a click. The setup was very easy, thanks to their robust learning center and stellar onboarding team that make it simple to use the platform.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

I think sometimes it's hard to know how much of your budget is being used, especially when gift cards get refunded. I kind of wish we received emails regarding when a gift wasn't used and when we are getting refunded. Right now, this info only shows up at the end on the statement, and I would like to get notifications about it.

**What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sendoso eases the manual effort of writing and sending cards, gift cards, and swag, saving trips to FedEx. It boosts our meeting show ratios in sales and customer success and provides seamless navigation and budget management with fun, creative messaging through the pun generator.

**What do you like best about Sendoso?**

I think Sendoso is really easy to use and set up. I probably like the ability to create different funding sources for each team the most. We tie different credit cards to each sales team, which makes accounting much easier by accurately tracking how much Sendoso spend is going out. The HubSpot integration is another favorite. It's super simple and built into a workflow, which is great. Setting up a campaign in Sendoso and then syncing it with HubSpot so that the workflow kicks off instantly is very easy. This integration is something our marketing team is relying on and will continue to rely on more in the future.

**What do you dislike about Sendoso?**

The UX of the Sendoso platform isn't great. There's some bugs and some hiccups you run into where you think you saved something, but you didn't, or it says one thing, but once you save it and go back, it actually says the correct thing, what you were looking for. And then the marketplace itself, because they're international, we only wanna ship US, having to always filter for gifts that are US based. But there are just lille things, nothing serious.

I like the layout of the platform and how easy it is to use. Since I am an event manager, I also LOVE that the "create events send" order form was added so I can choose specific dates I would like for our swag to arrive to ur events. I also love that I can order new swag directly through the platform as well.

I would like to see the quantity of swag we have in stock when selecting the swag we send to events using the "create events send" form. Right now it doesn't show that information so I have to open up a separate page with our swag inventory so I can make sure we have enough in stock to end.

I also would like to receive real time updates on my end if there are any issues or delays when it comes to shipping our items so I can work to get the issue fixed as soon as possible versus finding out last minute.

For example, I may not know if my customer likes truffle flavor so truffle hot sauce seems very specific and I would rather have more generic food options. There could also be options that could be redeemed for live experiences (Ticketmaster giftcard, broadway giftcard, virtual cooking classes, etc).

I absolutely love using Sendoso for our customer gifting program—it has been an invaluable tool at my current company for over three years. By supporting our CSMs and AMs in sending gifts to clients, Sendoso helps us build and strengthen relationships, which is crucial for our business. One of the standout features is the ability to integrate Sendoso with our customer advocacy program's rewards, allowing customers to redeem points for meaningful rewards seamlessly. This integration is made even better through our use of Influitive, which works flawlessly with Sendoso to enhance our advocacy efforts. The ease of setup with Sendoso was particularly impressive; our sales ops team found it straightforward to get up and running, which speaks to the platform's user-friendliness. Moreover, the Sendoso Choice landing pages are an excellent feature that allows us to give customers options for what they want to receive, tailoring gift campaigns to meet individual client preferences. This flexibility in customer engagement improves the overall experience we offer our clients. I also appreciate the fantastic customer experience Sendoso provides, thanks to their great CSMs and support team, which makes me highly likely to continue choosing this platform and recommending it to others.

I dislike that a gift card is considered redeemed if it is clicked but not actually redeemed. This results in a loss of money for us as the sender. The system should differentiate between clicking and active redemption, ensuring that funds are returned if a customer doesn't actively redeem the gift card.

The integration with our Salesforce system is fantastic, aiding in a more cohesive workflow. I find the process of sending out different gifts to be time-consuming. Additionally, the lack of notification regarding undeliverable mailing addresses is frustrating.
