# How can I use this to get more engagement from my "upsell-able" customers?

If I know a customer has the ability to expand their usage of our product suite, how are others using Sendoso to start that conversation without the gift/note appearing too "ulterior motive-based?"

Our renewals team will utilize Sendoso to continue to build rapport and craft campaigns tailored to certain 'up-sellable' opportunities. I know my answer is rather vague, but ultimately if you need a streamlined way of sending company specific swag or even basic amazon items at scale then Sendoso would be valuable.

Hi Regan,

I lead the Account Management / Growth function here at Sendoso. My team uses Sendoso to prospect net new into new departments in our MM & Enterprise customers and also to incentivize our champions to provide introductions to new teams that may see value. We also send collateral to evangelize new or different product lines and features that the customer may not be using yet.

Some of our customers have also created programs that incentivize product usage growth. ie, recognizing milestones, incentivizing logins or integration adds, etc.

Hope this is helpful!

Feel free to email me if you'd like to discuss further... travis@sendoso.com
