# How does the integration with Hubspot work?

It's not as extensive as what they have with Salesforce, but the capabilities it does have are reliable and easy to use.

Hi Jordan,
Sendoso works with Hubspot in two ways.  When viewing a contact, you'll be able to send one-off touches through the Sendoso extension and track those sends via the activity history on the contact page.  Sendoso also ties into the workflows in Hubspot to automate the sending process based on the enrollment triggers that exist in Hubspot.  You can then use the activity history on the contact to automate the follow up process when an egift is used or a physical send is delivered.

Wish I could help Jordan but we're a Marketo shop so no Hubspot integration here, and the Sendoso platform is managed by our global Marketing crew so I don't have visibility into its integration to Marketo either.  Sorry, but hopefully someone else in the community can address your question.  Good luck!
