It's painless to select items I need to ship to our shows and enter all the pertinent shipping information, and very straight forward to send unused items back to restock. Not really a criticism, but it takes a little while to learn how to work in the Printfection platform. Anything new takes time to learn but I love that the platform has so many options, as simple as sending a card with our swag which our previous swag company did not have that capability.
