Sourcing and managing company swag items is incredibly straightforward within the system, and the customer support that I receive from our Printfection team is second to none. It's painless to select items I need to ship to our shows and enter all the pertinent shipping information, and very straight forward to send unused items back to restock. Printection was super easy to implement, and the catalog of items we have to select swag items from is broad - they even source items that might not be in the current catalog! We have used Printfection for several aspects of our rebranding including employee swag and client gifts. My most recent purchase was for a branded tablecloth for a trade show. I know from our past purchases that the items they offer are high quality and that our orders will be handled quickly and with helpful customer service.
