The only thing i dislike is when i add a new domain or add a subdomain it wont automatically setup the ssl after 24 hours and i have to contact customer support and they have to manually restart the server for that domain or subdomain it would be great if that was something the user could do without customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The security. I have a website being hosted on a dedicated server that is political and there are thousands trying to hack into it on a regular basis. I used another hosting service for years, but could not rely on their people to respond in a timely manner to problems and eventually we were hacked. When I switched to ScalaHosting 4 years ago, all of those issues stopped immediately. I mean, they're still trying to hack, but always failing thanks in large part to ScalaHosting. Nothing. At first I was a little concerned about using their customized SPanel, rather than the CPanel we were accustomed to, but the SPanel turned out to be very easy to work with. Overall I am very satisfied, but there are a couple of things that could be better. The main issue for me was with Softaculous when I wanted to install the latest Moodle 5.x. The updates for Moodle were delayed and the installation process was not very smooth in the beginning, so I had to spend extra time to make it work properly. Once everything was configured, the server runs fine, but the initial setup could definitely be easier and faster.
