**What do you like best about Filament?**

They are very clear on their approach. They do create original content, optimize it for online search, and distribute it over multiple social and content channels.They are also pretty creative in their efforts and excellent team support.

**What do you dislike about Filament?**

However, it does take some time to really get going, but that is the nature of the business. This is normal in their industry, but just know they are not the fastest, nor are they the slowest. Not too big of a deal once things pick up.

**Recommendations to others considering Filament:**

It's worth a shot and you won't be disappointed.

**What problems is Filament solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems I faced were understanding the messaging and effective targeting better. The benefits I realized were how to utilize data to help build new strategies. This would help in a number of areas such as resulting in overall cost savings.

**What do you like best about Filament?**

We use Filament's social sharing capabilities to make it easy for blog readers to share content on their social media accounts. It is also quite useful for our team internally to track the shares each post gets from sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Google Plus, Reddit, and HackerNews. 

**What do you dislike about Filament?**

The Filament Pro analytics have some bugs, specifically when it comes to the date range. We've had problems altering dates from the default range. 

**Recommendations to others considering Filament:**

A great tool for tracking and increasing social shares on your website. I would recommend. 

**What problems is Filament solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The scrolling capability of the social share buttons spans the entire page, rather than sticking social share buttons at the top or bottom of the page. This has effectively helped us increase social shares, because the buttons are more visible to users.
