Powerful SPanel and Proactive Support That Delivers Peace of Mind

What we like best about ScalaHosting is SPanel and their exceptional technical support. We have been customers since around 2018 and currently use their VPS and reseller services to host and manage websites for approximately 50 clients. SPanel is powerful, intuitive, and easy to manage. The inclusion of OpenLiteSpeed at no extra cost provides excellent performance and saves us significantly on annual licensing fees. Their support is fast, professional, and impressively proactive. They often identify problems affecting individual websites and open tickets to notify us before we even notice them. This level of monitoring and support gives us great peace of mind.

Still Amazing Customer Support

After two years with ScalaHosting, I can say that the experience I described in my original review wasn’t just a good first impression. Their support continues to be outstanding every time I need help, and that means a lot when your entire business depends on your server. I still feel completely safe hosting and scaling my business with them. After trying other hosting companies over the years, ScalaHosting has provided the best support I’ve ever had, and it’s still the only hosting provider I would genuinely recommend.

Exceptional Support and a Solid cPanel Alternative for Web Hosts

I have been providing web hosting services for over 30 clients for more than 15 years. Throughout these years, I’ve tested well over 10 different hosting providers—starting with the top 4 major hosts in my home country, Argentina, and later moving to several US-based providers, always relying on WHM and cPanel. I first looked into SPanel a few years ago, but back then, I felt it wasn't quite mature enough yet, especially when it comes to multi-account management. However, a year ago, I decided to finally make the leap and migrate—and I don't regret it for a second. Main things i can say about SPanel SPanel is rock-solid. For the end-user/client, the experience is practically identical to cPanel, making the transition seamless. While multi-account management still has room for minor improvements, it fulfills core operational needs effectively. ScalaHosting’s support team is their biggest differentiator. While support at other major providers has degraded into slow bot loops or outsourced tier-1 script readers, Scala’s team is fast, truly competent, and consistently helpful. They actively listen to feedback and continuously roll out updates based on feature requests submitted by their clients. SPanel still has potential to grow, but with the team’s current pace and dedication, I have no doubt they will continue to dominate. Highly recommended for anyone looking to step away from cPanel's increasing costs without sacrificing quality. I hosy custom websites, wordpress sites, and a couple of SAAS. They really work great.
