What do you like best about ScalaHosting?

The support service is excellent. They have never left me hanging with a problem. Besides, they are very quick to respond and very attentive to everyone. The service has never, never, never been interrupted in the more than 10 years I've been with them. They even notify you if your website has been hacked. "We're with ScalaHosting almost from the beginning - and still are happy with their service"

What do you like best about ScalaHosting?

Quick support - whatever problem we've encountered, their helpful staff always gave some hints how to fix it by ourselves or they did that in our behalf. We feel free to experiment with the configurations as we know that there always is someone to nudge us in the right direction.

No major issues - frankly, I am not sure when we've experienced any major non-user related issue ;) Service stable and with no big hiccups :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScalaHosting?

I found out about ScalaHosting at exactly the right time - I needed to find something that was affordable yet provided good performance. Migration was actually painless as it was completely handled by the support team, and went without a hitch. I wrote to them, and they reply weekly when I have technical questions and help me a lot with some technical issues that I have when trying to do some web page. It's they have problems with sales services because when I try to reach them for new services, like new emails or some things that I need to improve in my account, they didn't respond, not by email, not by chat.
