None of the 30 reviews I checked mention physical room availability, scheduling conflicts, or double-booking prevention, which is the core job of true academic-scheduling software like Ad Astra. ConexED's implementation data backs up the different-use-case read too: it deploys mostly on-premise with a fast average go-live of 2.2 months, more typical of a departmental tool than a campus-wide scheduling system.
