&lt;p&gt;Honestly these two aren&#39;t really the same category, which makes this easier than it looks. Ad Astra is the actual course and room scheduling tool, reviewers use it for campus-wide room visibility, conflict detection and multi-term planning, so for preventing classroom double-booking it&#39;s the clear fit. ConexED, despite showing up in scheduling lists, is really a student services platform, reviewers use it for booking counseling and tutoring appointments and running video meetings, not timetabling rooms or catching classroom conflicts. So for double-booking across campuses, Ad Astra is the one. ConexED would be the pick if your real gap is student appointment scheduling. Which problem are you actually solving?&lt;/p&gt;
