What do you like best about SalesHood?

Overall, SalesHood is a robust and innovative platform that significantly enhances our sales enablement efforts. The team’s responsiveness and eagerness to improve are major pluses. With some refinements—especially around admin workflows and integrations—I believe it could become even more powerful. I highly recommend it to any sales organization looking to boost productivity and collaboration!

Digital Deal Rooms: These are incredibly useful for collaboration and transparency during the sales process. They streamline communication and keep all relevant materials in one place.

AI Coaching Tools: The AI-driven insights help our reps develop their skills with personalized feedback, making coaching sessions more impactful and engaging.

Customer Success Teams: The support from the SalesHood's customer success team is outstanding—always responsive, proactive, and eager to help us maximize the platform’s potential.

What do you dislike about SalesHood?

While I’m generally very satisfied, there are a few aspects that could be improved:

Admin Experience: As an admin, I find that building out huddles involves quite a few clicks, which can be time-consuming. Streamlining this process would be a big help.

SharePoint Integration: Syncing with SharePoint can sometimes be slow and may require multiple attempts, which disrupts workflow and can be frustrating.

Certification Processes: Setting up formal certification programs is a bit of a workaround. For example, having AEs do mock demos with a live panel or evaluators complete scorecards to determine pass/fail status isn’t as seamless as it could be. What do you like best about SalesHood?

What I appreciated most was how SalesHood broke down training into bite-sized, interactive modules. Instead of just passively watching videos, I was prompted to reflect, record practice pitches, and share feedback with peers.
