What do you like best about Saleshandy?

I like that Saleshandy gives me a reliable, scalable engine for outbound prospecting. The sequence builder, custom fields, and sender rotation make it easy to personalise at scale without losing control of deliverability. What really stands out is how flexible it is — I can plug in my own research prompts, enrichment logic, and AI-generated insights, then have everything flow directly into multi-step campaigns. It’s simple to use, fast to test, and gives me clear visibility into what’s performing across different ICPs. Overall, it lets me run highly personalised, data-driven outreach with minimal friction. What do you dislike about Saleshandy?

The main limitation is that some of the more advanced workflows require creative workarounds. For example, deeper personalisation or multi-source enrichment often relies on external tools rather than being native inside Saleshandy. Reporting could also be more detailed, especially when analysing performance across multiple ICPs or comparing messaging variations at scale. I can setup multi-step email campaigns and personlized follow-ups automatically. What do you dislike about Saleshandy?

The common drawbacks with Saleshandy is B2B outreach at scale and its deliverability limitations. The platform kept flagging and shutting down our internal Outlook inboxes. What do you like best about Saleshandy?

Saleshandy works seamlessly with Outlook. It provides great support and videos for me to learn how to use it. I also felt like it was relatively easy to get a campaign started. I used Saleshandy to put together a large campaign to thousands of prospects. I was pleased that I was able to achieve close to a 50% open rate on my first try. What do you dislike about Saleshandy?

Sometimes it seems like there are too many steps to get things done. For example, for me to edit a contact name, I need to click on the contact, and then click to the right section, and then click on the edit button. What do you like best about Saleshandy?

While there are still few features missing in their V3 form V2 it's user experience and functionality are really well made and thoughtful. Most other cold email outreach tools seem to make things too complex so it's easy to get lost.

As I do a variety of different campaigns each week to test audiences and copy it's important that I can set these up fast and even add A/B testing to campaigns.

It also has a great and supportive community and responsive and friendly support as well.

What do you dislike about Saleshandy?

Templates could be added from an email campaign rather than only from the templates page. Some more integrations would be nice but they're already working on those.
