I use Saleshandy for its outreach and lead finder features. The outreach feature makes it easy to assign campaigns and allows me to add follow-ups. I really like its warm-up process because it helps me warm up my email account, which has improved my delivery score and reduced my spam rate.

Everything went well but in lead finder for keywords filter they don’t provide exclude option that was a drawback.

I can setup multi-step email campaigns and personlized follow-ups automatically. And plus it helps me understand and analyse email open rates,response rates,link clicks, bounce rates help optimizing message and timing. Above all Saleshandy is very user friendly.

The common drawbacks with Saleshandy is B2B outreach at scale and its deliverability limitations. The platform kept flagging and shutting down our internal Outlook inboxes. This keeps hampering my outreach on time. Apart from this - if these issues are worked out then - the platform is abosultely a Diamond.

The extension feature is fantastic because it directly gives you all the verified information with just one click. The tool itself feels so ahead of its competition. The initial setup of Saleshandy for my team was seamless. I would rate it a solid 10 out of 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague.

Saleshandy was not functional for me. There were broken promises on pre-warmed domains, which was frustrating.  Promise: on average 80 days old  domain, in reality 30 days old (quite a difference, I know). Promise: 12 weeks pre-warmed emails (i see it impossible with a30 days old domain).

This way, when the reputation of one email suffers, others can still bring in leads. Another fantastic feature is the access to over 700 million potential leads. It's also more affordable than the product I used before, Apollo, and the platform allows me to manage multiple email accounts at once. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

Saleshandy works seamlessly with Outlook. It provides great support and videos for me to learn how to use it. I also felt like it was relatively easy to get a campaign started. I used Saleshandy to put together a large campaign to thousands of prospects. I was pleased that I was able to achieve close to a 50% open rate on my first try. Coming from someone with not a lot of experience, that is a solid result.

**What do you dislike about Saleshandy?**

Sometimes it seems like there are too many steps to get things done. For example, for me to edit a contact name, I need to click on the contact, and then click to the right section, and then click on the edit button. It would be nice to have the contact editable right in the Prospects and Campaign screens.

I needed a way to send cold emails from Outlook. Saleshandy is doing that for me in a better way than a native mail merge could.

**What do you like best about Saleshandy?**

While there are still few features missing in their V3 form V2 it's user experience and functionality are really well made and thoughtful. Most other cold email outreach tools seem to make things too complex so it's easy to get lost. 

As I do a variety of different campaigns each week to test audiences and copy it's important that I can set these up fast and even add A/B testing to campaigns.

It also has a great and supportive community and responsive and friendly support as well. 

Seems like a great team behind it.

Templates could be added from an email campaign rather than only from the templates page. Some more integrations would be nice but they're already working on those. Managing email lists could be better and there could be some "stop"  message if the prospect doesn't have all the feels needed for a campaign.

It helps businesses get more clients and opportunities through cold email without the bloat. It really saves me time and I can iterate and improve with their reports and community guidance.

We've been using Saleshandy daily for a month and a half now. We're a small family business and were struggling with our previous software to do cold outreach.

The team at Saleshandy has been very quick to be on top of our questions, issues, feedback, and have taken us seriously from the beginning. It was fantastic to feel heard.

The tool works well, and it's quite intuitive, so it made switching and implementation easy for us. 

There are some features I'd love to see, and Saleshandy provides a feature request tool, which is great.

We intend to stay on board as we're super happy with our experience !

**What do you dislike about Saleshandy?**

I've an issue with the graph on the analytics page not reloading.

It would be good to limit the daily emails sent per sequence.

It would be good to be able to archive completed sequences.

The warmup feature with Saleshandy's partner, TrulyInbox, is a bit limited (no choice of time zone, providers, etc.)

The email verification marks some emails as risky when we know they're active and used. It's a pity to not be able to overlook these specific ones. You have to delete the prospect and re-add them. And remember that you've done that, or you risk re-verifying them in the future if you add them to another sequence.

The ability to have different actions per prospect depending on the sequence they're on (e.g if they reply in one, they stay active in the other).

I like that, with the cold leads generator, I'm able to choose the criteria for the leads (location, title, company revenue, and others) and I can instantly see the results. This is great because we plan to use this feature frequently. We are looking for a new CRM and plan to try it out so that we have a streamlined system for obtaining cold leads, updating the CRM, following up with emails, etc, in addition to integrating our existing customer base.

I have no complaints yet as l've only tested out the cold leads generator and I'm happy with the results thus far.

Then googling I found Saleshandy and wowzer - 100% honest it really user friendly !!! I was easy to setup. The features and intergration to gmail was easy - settting up the customer domain was easy too. I will be using this as my go to tool all the time now !

The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. This is my first time setting up sequences and I was able to do it right the very first time. They also provide free guidance and blogs to help you structure your email and sequences. And it is very easy to integrate more inboxes on the fly. The customer support is great so far. I spend quite sometime on their platform everyday responding to leads.
