I like that TrulyInbox offers unlimited emails for any plan, so I don't need to pay for each email, just for the account. It's doing great work because my email deliverability increased from 40 to 91 percent in just one week. They even have a free plan for one email, which I find to be one of the best services for email warm-up for sure. The initial setup is simple, especially with the many integrations available for services like Gmail and Zoho. I can add any type of email just by entering SMTP and IMAP settings. I didnt quite like the client ID set-up, I think there may be better ways out there. I myself use premium inboxes so i needed to reach out to support to be able to hook my accounts into trulyinbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

honestly can't think of anything good about this company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Support is totally non-existent. I wrote their support the first time the 18th of June '25 and still have not receive ANY reply

2. When I bought saleshandy (doing false advertising claiming 'unlimited warm' which you don't get) they told me that the existing trulyinbox subscription would be cancelled and I would get linked with their system. That was a lie and the subscription did not get cancelled. And again support is not responding for a refund.

3. Connection to random inboxes is lost and neither their system or support helps to solve it

4. They don't show stats of emails send for warm-up. Only from yesterday but not over time.

5. their system does not adhere to the 'daily increase' of warm-up as per config at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
