While we were researching best websites to use to start our warm up journey, TrulyInbox really came up a lot. I don't regret starting it. 

It has been super easy to setup, use, and it offers all the information we could need, and really helps us warm up our mailboxes.

Compared to other apps of the same type, the price of this has been a breath of fresh air. It's very straightforward, and they're even gracious enough to offer a free trial to start. You get to try it out before you even commit. It's amazing.

I don't see any major downsides besides having to reset my password every time after I login with google as it seems to stop working after I do google login (I need my password to export account from zapmail).

I like that I can customize what data I see, and it can control your sending limits, so you can customize quite a lot of things. It just makes things easier. It also helps me measure improvements. Another thing I like is that there are unlimited inboxes with TrulyInbox, and it's cheaper for multiple inboxes. The initial setup was easy too.

It should offer more industry-specific options so I can choose the right email category to send.

honestly can't think of anything good about this company

**What do you dislike about TrulyInbox?**

1. Support is totally non-existent. I wrote their support the first time the 18th of June '25 and still have not receive ANY reply

2. When I bought saleshandy (doing false advertising claiming 'unlimited warm' which you don't get) they told me that the existing trulyinbox subscription would be cancelled and I would get linked with their system. That was a lie and the subscription did not get cancelled. And again support is not responding for a refund.

3. Connection to random inboxes is lost and neither their system or support helps to solve it

4. They don't show stats of emails send for warm-up. Only from yesterday but not over time.

5. their system does not adhere to the 'daily increase' of warm-up as per config at all

fake assumption i purchased $79 plan it clames Daily 1000 Total Emails Per User Account but starting from 12 warm up email/day ramp up by +3 it was suppose to send 110+ warm up email but its has send 70-80 their was no error in the settings of mine and i didn't have seen 20 warm up per day till now in any of the account its around 10-15 which effected my cold email campaign potential rev lost
