honestly can't think of anything good about this company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Support is totally non-existent. I wrote their support the first time the 18th of June '25 and still have not receive ANY reply

2. When I bought saleshandy (doing false advertising claiming 'unlimited warm' which you don't get) they told me that the existing trulyinbox subscription would be cancelled and I would get linked with their system. That was a lie and the subscription did not get cancelled. And again support is not responding for a refund.

3. Connection to random inboxes is lost and neither their system or support helps to solve it

4. They don't show stats of emails send for warm-up. Only from yesterday but not over time.

5. their system does not adhere to the 'daily increase' of warm-up as per config at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

scam software nothing is god it Overpromise and under delivered Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

fake assumption i purchased $79 plan it clames Daily 1000 Total Emails Per User Account but starting from 12 warm up email/day ramp up by +3 it was suppose to send 110+ warm up email but its has send 70-80 their was no error in the settings of mine and i didn't have seen 20 warm up per day till now in any of the account its around 10-15 which effected my cold email campaign potential rev lost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cost effective and easy to use makes this tool one of the best of it's kind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TrulyInbox really helps when it helps with email management. I love its simple and user friendly design, it helps me to focus on what matters. Replies are humane, it makes the communication and connection, much much more better and efficient. Overall, it’s a great way to streamline the communication and boost efficiency. Sometimes the integration with gmail fails. There are too many filters and rules that need to be set up. Its not as straightforward as it seems when tackling an overflowing inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
