There isn’t anything major that I dislike about Safeguard Global, since their overall operations are highly efficient. If I had to call out one small drawback, it’s that their HR support is completely ticket-based. I understand the reasoning that centralizing support through web apps is probably the smartest and most scalable way to track requests and resolve issues for a large workforce. Still, from a user’s perspective, needing to open a formal ticket for every minor, quick question can sometimes feel a little tedious or impersonal when all you want is a fast answer. At an enterprise level, Safeguard Global is addressing one of the most complex hurdles in modern business: scaling globally while managing compliance risk. Rather than having companies spend months and thousands of dollars setting up local legal entities just to hire abroad, Safeguard enables seamless expansion through an all-in-one, web-based framework. For me, the direct benefit is operational clarity. By centralizing international HR data, payroll, and compliance risk into a single digital ecosystem, I don’t have to juggle fragmented, localized systems or piece together information across regions. I actually like my human resources manager the most. She is always getting in touch with me, always being kind, and finding solutions to whatever my human resources related problems are. It's difficult to find where I can bill my expenses or manage my holidays, and it doesn't provide adequate information regarding my human resources related progresses. The initial setup was definitely challenging because the system didn't accept my passwords, and I had to change and re-enter them repeatedly. Before my company started using Safeguard Global, employment-related processes such as accessing payroll information, submitting expense claims, and requesting leave involved more manual communication and paperwork. For me, the biggest benefits are having secure access to my password-protected payslips by email, being able to submit business expense claims online, and requesting leave quickly without unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
