Since it operates through a browser, making updates is straightforward: you simply edit your presentation, publish it, and the changes are reliably pushed out to all connected devices. Setting up the unit was fast and uncomplicated—we just plugged it in and it was ready to go. The premade templates offered by Rise Vision are not only easy to customize but also add variety to presentations without being overwhelming. If none of the provided templates fit your needs, it's easy to create your own, import one from Canva, or use a Google Slides presentation. The scheduling feature is especially valuable, making it possible to plan different presentations in advance, which is a huge convenience. Our staff can prepare and update content ahead of time and make quick changes as needed. It works well with images that we create in different software and upload. Very easy tool to use to manage our screen casting needs at our retail locations. Scheduling works well as we are constantly in need of having messaging going up and going down so we are not serving the wrong message at the wrong time. Rollout was easy with a pilot unit and plenty of test runway. It was so easy to use and setup in our school. It is somewhat frustrating to have a perfectly styled template that we'd like to use for a general theme, but then find out that it's not really all that customizable. They also offer a host of templates, some of which can be customized with Canva. I found the Sub-company option works well with separating our media players to have content edited and published by people in the department where the players are used. It also gives the flexibility of allowing IT master control and separating editing and publishing to be limited to certain people with their department equipment.
