What do you like best about ZoomInfo Operations?

I use it pretty much every day, the best part for me is how much time it saves. A lot of the manual work around keeping data clean and organized just runs in the background, so I don’t have to worry about it. It also helps with things like lead routing and keeping duplicates out of the CRM, which used to be a pain. Plus, it makes sales feel more in sync, so I can actually focus more on selling instead of fixing data or chasing down info. It’s pretty easy to use once you get comfortable, and the features really cut down on the manual work. Implementation wasn’t bad either, and it integrates smoothly with tools we already use, so it didn’t feel like a heavy lift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Operations?

Sometimes the data still needs a bit of cleanup, it’s not always 100% accurate, so you can’t just set it. Also, some of the setup and workflows can feel a little complicated at first, so there’s a learning curve. There’s definitely a little learning curve in the beginning, not everything feels super intuitive right away. Some features take a bit of trial and error to set up, and you still run into the occasional inaccurate data point, so you can’t totally set it and forget it. Customer support is solid when you reach out, but I’ve had few times where I wished things were a bit easier to resolve. I’ve been experiencing some challenges with ZoomInfo Operations. The integration with Salesforce has been problematic and the cost seems high compared to the value delivered. The onboarding process and customer service have not met my expectations. I’ve found the platform’s usability to be less than intuitive, and there’s definitely room for improvement. The contact database, particularly for certain industries, hasn’t been as robust as I’d hoped.
