I use it pretty much every day, the best part for me is how much time it saves. A lot of the manual work around keeping data clean and organized just runs in the background, so I don’t have to worry about it. It also helps with things like lead routing and keeping duplicates out of the CRM, which used to be a pain. Plus, it makes sales feel more in sync, so I can actually focus more on selling instead of fixing data or chasing down info. It’s pretty easy to use once you get comfortable, and the features really cut down on the manual work. Some features take a bit of trial and error to set up, and you still run into the occasional inaccurate data point, so you can’t totally set it and forget it. Customer support is solid when you reach out, but I’ve had few times where I wished things were a bit easier to resolve.
