I like that you can be very detailed in each inspection. Not only can I take many photos but we can also write notes. I like that we can also flag anything based on importance and urgency. It is very easy to use and efficient and it implements organization. As a property management company that has many building in the Los Angeles are, we use it on a daily basis, multiple times a day. Sometimes it is difficult to denote certain specific details in the field. Occasionally need to invent workarounds for certain tasks. For example, we are working on a way to indicate whether damage to a specific item is the responsibility of the tenant or the owner to pay, but the system doesn't let you proceed unless you input a specific action in the damages field.
