You can only search for a set bedroom amount, which leads prospective applicants to believe there aren't any properties with more bedrooms than the exact amount specified by the selected filter. After providing feedback requesting more filter options, there has been no update or follow up from tenant turner representatives. **What problems is Tenant Turner solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pre-screening filters out unqualified applicants. Online showing scheduling reduces number of phone calls coming into our office. ### 3. It also works great when I can send a code to my Vendors to enter a property.
