It allows me to create automation in our systems using conditional logic rather than needing to write code, which simplifies the process and makes it more accessible for our team. I appreciate Aptly's decent interface; it is user-friendly for our internal teams. Additionally, I admire the high capabilities of Aptly, which enhance our ability to manage and automate our property management processes effectively. **What do you dislike about Aptly?** I find Aptly's user interface problematic as it works for our internal team but not for external teams. The UX design on their app could be greatly improved. Additionally, the initial setup process for our team was quite challenging, and I would rate it a 4 out of 10. **What problems is Aptly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Aptly to automate our systems and processes in property management without coding, using conditional logic to streamline operations effectively. ### 2. We've been with Aptly for more than a year now and I can't imagine our business without it. **What do you dislike about Aptly?** Really, the biggest drawback to Aptly is our lack of imagination. The tool can do so much and we're constantly finding new ways to utilize it. **What problems is Aptly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to using Aptly, we had little insight into our team's day-to-day. We can now monitor emails, collaborate with messaging and have up-to-the-second insight into all our various workflows.
