APM+ Reviews & Product Details

The Agile Application Portfolio Management Platform: Cut IT costs, eliminate SaaS sprawl, and map your tech stack to business value in minutes. What is APM+? APM+ is a modern Application Portfolio Management platform built for CIOs, Enterprise Architects, and IT Finance leaders who are tired of managing millions in technology spend across hundreds of decentralized spreadsheets. Unlike heavy, legacy CMDBs that take months to implement, APM+ is designed for rapid onboarding. We give you an automated, real-time "Single Source of Truth" that equips technology and digital leaders to align IT investments with business strategy, control costs, and accelerate digital transformation. The Problems We Solve Enterprise IT is suffering from "SaaS Sprawl" and hidden technical debt. When data is siloed across different departments, companies waste budget on redundant applications and expose themselves to compliance risks from End-of-Life (EOL) software. APM+ eliminates this chaos by providing instant visibility into your portfolio’s ROI, lifecycle, and risk profile. Key Features & Benefits The Single Source of Truth: Stop chasing data. Get a real-time, consolidated view of every application, owner, and cost center in seconds. Eliminate Wasted Spend: Instantly identify duplicate licenses, shadow IT, and underused apps. Benchmark costs and reclaim your IT budget. Align IT to Business Strategy: Stop IT from being a black box. Map applications directly to business capabilities to expose expensive overlaps and critical coverage gaps. Future-Proof Your Tech Stack: Automate end-of-life (EOL) alerts and visualize your multi-year roadmap. Prevent security risks and obsolescence before they become emergencies. Score Portfolio Health: Visualize technical debt versus business value side-by-side to objectively decide what to keep, retire, or modernize using the TIME framework. Rapid Onboarding & Integration: Pre-built templates, Excel import wizards, and seamless API integrations (including ServiceNow and Jira) mean you get your first insights in minutes, not months. Distributed Ownership: Stop being the data-entry middleman. Assign application owners and let them update their own records with automated email nudges. Who Uses APM+? CIOs & CTOs looking to optimize IT budgets and bridge the gap between technology and business strategy. Enterprise Architects needing a lightweight, agile tool to design future state architectures and track logical tech stacks. IT Finance Leaders actively pursuing application rationalization and cost-cutting initiatives.
