The pipeline and processes are so easy to implement with the support of the library and LS staffing. The reporting also provides a lot of use when tracking KPI's or putting together executive summaries. I use this program for hours each day. **What do you dislike about LeadSimple?** I hope the integrations have improved since this time last year. We really appreciate the integration with Appfolio. **What do you dislike about LeadSimple?** From a product standpoint, it's pretty limiting, requiring us to work around flows. A couple of examples: Within processes, we can't follow a task with another when the first is completed (we have to keep adding tasks, checking if it's been completed), we cannot automate emails or texts unless they are templates, etc. We really like LeadSimple and hope that product updates will make good software even better. **What problems is LeadSimple solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of our contacts and tasks, and ensuring processes are move forward efficiently and timely. ### 11. Individual records have the address but if you are doing a quick scan of open leads, it's just lead names, no addresses easy to view. We hate having to use an endless number of software programs, so the fact that LeadSimple offers CRM and processes is amazing and exactly what we were looking for. **What do you dislike about LeadSimple?** The set-up of LeadSimple is not so simple. It's pretty involved and takes some time to get used to. We purchased the option to have a team set up some of our processes and train us to do the others. Without that, it would have been much more difficult. **Recommendations to others considering LeadSimple:** Use the help options as much as possible. I thought their email campaign abilities were fantastic, and how it integrates with Zillow for Zestimates was always extremely helpful with having discovery call with leads. **What do you dislike about LeadSimple?** It's not intuitive, it glitched out frequently, simple product requests like changing the color of a calendar because it visually was hard to see never were implemented. The lack of integrations, and constant bugs.
