What do you like best about Reliance?

The most outstanding attribute of the ETQ Reliance QMS is that it enhances accountability. Audits, CAPAs, and documentation can be performed every day using it to make sure all people are informed about their roles. ERP and HR integration aids in ensuring training and compliance are both up to date. The software minimizes errors and increases the effectiveness of cooperation of the departments. What do you dislike about Reliance?

What I dislike about ETQ is that it may seem slow to make a change once it has been initially set up. The process of updating workflows or documents is frequently associated with additional coordination. It is possible to experience the interface being cumbersome when going through the records of several, thus slowing down productivity during the busy days. What problems is Reliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

The issue of inconsistent quality management is finaly resolved. Prior to its usage, it was a chaotic system to track corrective measures, audits, and documents among teams and add error. Everything has become a process and this has enhanced accountability and minimized recurrent problems. "Effortless Document Management and Outstanding Support"

What do you like best about Reliance?

I like most of what the product does well and as it is good at keeping track of and storing documents and it is relatively simple to add new users to the system. Also I was relieved to see that the office 365 integration did not automatically destroy my laptop as soon as I connected it to ETQ Reliance QMS. I also appreciate the fact that the technical support team members are friendly and actually pick up the telephone when called. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reliance?

The user interface is an eyesore and the last time I saw something that looked similar to this was when I was using mosaic back in the early days of the internet. On top of that, the system is down at least once per month for an entire day or longer. This forces me to put off all of my tasks until the system comes back online. "Efficient Document Management and Seamless Approvals"

What do you like best about Reliance?

I use ETQ Reliance to handle document changes and approval routing and track my training activities and all other content stored on the platform. The system enables me to save time because we used to perform all work through paper based procedures. What do you dislike about Reliance?

The search function needs multiple attempts to find specific documents because our large document collection makes it hard to locate the needed information. What problems is Reliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

All documents and imputed events and approvals and training materials exist in a single location which reduces my time spent searching for versions and obtaining signatures so I can focus on completing work. What do you like best about Reliance?

What do you like best about Reliance?

ETQ Reliance QMS has gone a long way in enhancing our capacity to control documents. Its version system is simple and everyone is using the right procedures, this has prevented confusion when auditing. What do you dislike about Reliance?

The interface is somewhat old-fashioned in certain places, and might be easier to use. Other times it requires too many clicks to locate certain settings in a configuration. What problems is Reliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had problems in being able to keep a regular quality record in our different production lines. With ETQ Reliance QMS in place the only source of all quality information is now one. I really like ETQ Reliance QMS. It features an easy interface and is cost-effective for document storage and managing change control procedures. What do you like best about Reliance?

I am impressed with the fact that ETQ Reliance can cope with the complicated workflow. Automated workflow of document routing to review and approval has helped in alleviating bottlenecks to a great extent. What do you like best about Reliance?

ETQ Reliance software application is easy to configure, use and has a flexible platform. It contains all elements as they pertain to a Quality Management System. With assistance from ETQ staff our company was able to customize the modules to meet our needs making use of advanced configuration. The similarities in form layout and structure between modules makes it easy to adopt across many processes and users feel comfortable using the system. This makes the adoption rate seamless. What problems is Reliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the help of Reliance, we are moving away from a heavy paper based system to an electronic system that users across the country can use 24/7 in order to perform their work. We have implemented CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action), QEM module (Quality Event Management), Change Control, Document Management, Adverse Transfusion Reaction and are in the process of working with an ETQ IC for Donor Adverse Events module.
