Seamless compliance management - MasterControl makes it easy to meet regulatory standards like FDA, ISO, and GMP with automated workflows and real-time tracking. It has significantly reduced the burden of compliance audits and greatly assisted with our recent FDA audit and UL. Pulling up workflows, procedures, work instructions was wildly easy and definitely cut time down.

Powerful document control - The system provides a centralized repository for documents, ensuring version control, easy access, and secure collaboration across departments. The automation features eliminate manual errors and approval bottlenecks, and as the document control specialist I greatly appreciate the ease and organization.

User-friendly interface - Despite being a robust system, MasterControl has an intuitive design that is easy to navigate and very comprehensive. We've been able to adapt quickly, which reduced training time and improved productivity. Even just surfing around by yourself with minimal training is effective in learning the different tools and spaces in document control.

Everything is faily straight forward once you get into the system and get used to it. Everything is always in the system so its about "searching criteria". I love that there are multiple tool at your finger tips to get help if something isn't right or if you are lost. The customer service and the Cafe are so helpful and easy to navigate. I understand that MasterControl is designed as an electronic system with the intention of reducing paper use. However, in practice, a significant portion of testing and documentation still relies on forms that must be printed and tracked manually. One of the main drawbacks I’ve encountered is that MasterControl does not offer an efficient method for controlled printing of documents. While Controlled Copies are available, the process can become cumbersome and time-consuming, especially when there are over 100 forms to print each day. Furthermore, the reconciliation options for controlled copies are limited and do not adequately support proper reconciliation once a document has been executed. Doc’s & Training Modules make it simple for us to keep our users up to date on the latest docs and keep their training current.
