In the backend, it allows for the configuration of groups, schedulers, and usernames. However, it would benefit from a more organized and user-friendly dashboard. The ease of sending a message using the online tool. The customer support and ease of connecting with them when there have been issues. The Marketing Team has also been great. The new name of the company, "OnSolve" is not very descriptive of an emergency notification system - the Send Word Now name is more catchy and describes what the company's products do. It may just be the network settings of my organization, but saved username and password or the ability to access keychain information for faster login would be great. Typically when there is a system outage or environmental situation which may impact corporate services, key players can be notified by text, email, phone call, or all of the above. Groups are established so only those who need to receive notification are alerted and can respond promptly. What do you dislike about OnSolve Platform? It seems a bit cumbersome to get to the place to send out messages. It should be right in the front and set up once you log in.
