What do you like best about RedFlag?

RedFlag has an easy-to-use interface that anyone can feel comfortable using. Recordkeeping is easy and streamlined. The mobile app is also a great perk - this allows for emergency messages to be sent out quicker, therefore keeping our employees safe.

Customer Support has always been quick to respond to the two very minor issues I have had, and, came to a resolution quickly. Our integration was seamless and we have continued support from our Customer Success Manager when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedFlag?

The only downside I have found with RedFlag is that text messages that are over a certain character length will need to be opened by clicking a link. Luckily, most of our emergency messages are shorter than the character limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with RedFlag! We're pleased that the easy-to-use interface, mobile app, and quick customer support have been beneficial for your organization. We understand the concern about the message with a link, and we do have a solution for this! When you have a longer message, you can choose the preview message option and from there you are able to send as one complete message. Here's a snippet from our Help Center for your reference:

Text Message Preview:

If applicable, you'll have the option to choose how the text message is sent:

Send as Truncated Message (default)

Send as One Complete Message (delivered in multiple message segments)

If neither option is allowed based on message content or encoding, you can edit your ‘Preset Text Message’ directly in the preview.
