  ### 1. Red Flag is a great tool for communication to your business staff

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

I like the ease of use the best and now that I hear it will integrate with Microsoft Teams here soon, I think it will be even better. We have had Red Flag for 3 years now and feel like it is a great value for our medium-sized company.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

The only thing that I would like to see change is when we type the abbreviation for our company in the text message.  We have to use periods to abbreviate the name of our company in order for the automated message to read it correctly.

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Red Flag has helped us communicate more efficiently in emergency situations, and really helped when the pandemic started. The benefit we have realized is that we can track who is responding and in what way.

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

How simple it is to use.  Training takes minutes and it is easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

It would be nice to be able to edit Dynamic groups.  Once they are created, I am not able to change it to Static.

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially expected to use RedFlag for emergency notifications for staff and flight crew.  We have grown that and now use the tool to include all flight notifications for staff and crew.  It has worked incredibly well for this.

Multi-channel capability with ability to solicit responses.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

Previously used EZTexting which didn't truncate MMS messages for continuation via a link.

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of our employees work at PCs, others are in the field all day. With RedFlag, we don't have to send out separate texts and emails to make sure everyone gets a notification quickly. The multi-channel function gives employees no chance to say they didn't receive a message.

I like how it is user friendly for all ages that need to use it!

Nothing at the moment, has most of the functions that we use. I think the only thing would be that we dont have the voice function yet, where a recorded message can be sent to the peoples phone

It is easy to use and update.  Getting the message to the Tenants the quickest way possible is Best.   

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

There is nothing to dislike.   The pricing is good and it is an easy product to use.

Nothing at this time.  I do read the updates to learn about what is new with these types of systems and what RedFlag is doing.

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A couple of years ago, we had a power outage at a Shopping Center I manage.  It took two of us over 30 minutes to all of the Tenants to let them know about the situation.  We found out a couple of  hours later from the utility company their planned time to turn power back on.  This was critical information for our Tenants so they could determine if they would close for the evening or remain open due to the length of time of the power outage.  Having RedFlag would have made it easy to tell Tenants of the issue and to provide updates throughout the event.

Been intrinsic in allowing us to expand to customers that we otherwise wouldn’t have been able to access and has significantly helped our acquisition of new business over the last 2 years, Richard West has been very supportive.

There have been some times when the system has been glitchy or has had some bugs in it, however, this has been sorted out very rapidly with routine maintenance.

Problems solved are acquisition of well vetted data. Benefits are up turn in volume of new client acquisition.

There was no training material for the staff to receive on day one, but the RFA team is working on this now.

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

We are a small to medium size organization, so the ability of this service to be so versatile and affordable is a huge plus. Additionally, the user interface is simple to use and isn't overloaded with useless features and buttons.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

Its only job is to alert our community of issues with the building or with service. This happens very rarely so it is hard to know what our ROI is on this product. It does its job, though.

If you are a small business that needs to send quick and effective messages about critical events happening in your organization, this is your solution.

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 Our objective with buying this service was to alert the Penn Museum community of disruptions of critical systems in our building.

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

I cannot believe how easy the interface is to use.  I don't consider myself the most technical person, but once I was up and running, it was intuitive and simple.  It was also very easy to train others on how to use and there have been no issues. I also can control user hierarchies.  As a business owner, I appreciate a tool that allows me to keep employees safe, improve efficiencies, streamline our operations and improve business efficiencies.  RedFlag has helped us improve all of those and more.  

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

I wish that I could white label it, but that hasn't been a big issue.  While I can slightly customize by adding my logo, I can't change the color schemes, etc.  Currently you only get SMS, text, voice, email and social media.  If I want additional end points like digital signage, desktop notifications and PA systems, that will come at an additional cost.

It is a great tool that will make your life easier!

For one of my clients, I need to be able to communicate with the field.  This has been a seamless way to do so and has made communication much more simplistic.  We have been able to improve safety, improve communications and streamline our business processes.  It has been a value to our business and this has been the solution that enables us to provide this to the field.

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

What I like best about RedFlag is that it is legitimately instantaneous. If there's an emergency or important message for tenants they'll get it right away. The formatting is easy, simple and everything is logged by date and time (including when you add or edit contact information). 

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

There really aren't downsides to RedFlag. The tutorials are easy to use and follow, and the team is very communicative about making sure the product works for you and for your team. 

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use RedFlag for emergency and/or urgent messaging for our tenants. One of the things I like is that you can create templates - I created various templates and am able to choose one and edit applicable details. Saves a lot of time on how to phrase something in an emergency or urgent situation.

Anyone who wants to enhance their customer experience with text message marketing and mass communication needs to talk to the team at RedFlag. The RedFlag team is great at problem solving, fast in delivery and turnaround time, and exceeded expectations for the project.

We were using a paper system and collecting client information from handwritten forms. With RedFlag, we were able to cut down on our admin time, save money, have a more modern user experience, reach more customers, and collect more accurate information.

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

There are two things I like the most about RedFlag:
- We have had tremendous success using the tool for our emergency response efforts. In the cases of hurricanes/wildfires/etc., we've been able to share resources and leverage two-way communication to check on employees who live/work in impacted areas. This has been received very well by our employees who know they are cared for by their employers.
- We have enjoyed RedFlag in the emergency response space so much that we have implemented it in our department business-as-usual communications. E-mail overload is real, so we now use RedFlag to send a weekly text message to our department listing out key dates, activities, and things to remember for the week ahead.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

The only thing I dislike about RedFlag is not being able to use it globally yet. This is being addressed currently, so I'm hopeful we'll soon use RedFlag to communicate to our colleagues outside the US.

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Emergency response is our primary business problem. Our employees are living and working all over the world, so we use RedFlag to connect with those in the US with important emergency resources and channels for support.
- My work department has issues with e-mail overload, so we're meeting people where they are -- on their phones! A simple weekly text message is keeping key messages front and center.

I love the convenience of the app and being able to login from my desk top as well. this program is very user friendly and works perfect for our center.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

The only problem i have had is trying to remember my login onto the app. I've had to reset my password several times when i do need to get on. this is used for emergency messaging and i need to be able to get in quickly. For some reason my apple has not been able to save this one like it does for me on other apps.

This is a great software if you are looking for a response type software.

This is for emergency preparedness, we use this to notify our tenants in an emergency situation, weather closings, etc.

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

I like that RedFlag works with our current HR system. RedFlag has a feature that allows us to automatically export the necessary data over every night, which  helps keep everything up to date and saves us time. We don’t always have every employees contact information, especially cell phone numbers, so we encourage our employees to add the information we need directly into RedFlag. I also like the Outlook add-on because I can easily send a message via RedFlag straight from Outlook, which saves me a lot of time. 

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

Unlike some tools we use, it's simple and easy to use. There's really not much to dislike. They do a really good job of listening to feedback and they are always rolling out new features.

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all of our employees up-to-date and informed has been a real challenge. In the past, we used email, but we couldn’t measure who was reading them. We also tried using Outlook groups, but they are hard to manage and don't get granular enough. Finally, trying to use the data from our HR system was a non-starter. We had to keep completely different data sets.

We liked that the Office Tenants and Retail Tenants could be notified of emergencies whether at work or at home.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

The limited amount of text but the additional like helps.

**Recommendations to others considering RedFlag:**

Just try the product.  Once we did, we continued using it because of the ease of use on computer, cell phone and laptop or tablet.

We love the fact that we can notify our tenants of inclement weather, fire in the building and/or any danger on the property, i.e., flooding, active shooter, etc.

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

The ability to send mass communications out to the tenants in a time of need. Also being able to keep a data base of tenant emergency contacts and easy function to change when needed.  I love the ease of the dashboard it is very user friendly and easy to maneuver around. I see exactly what I am trying to do with out having to search through a bunch of menus and drop downs. 

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

I have not found anything that I dislike about the product as of yet. I have only been a user of this product for a short while, but in that short while I have been very satisfied with my experience. I will continue to use this product. 

**Recommendations to others considering RedFlag:**

I would definitely recommend this product to other companies who are looking for a very user friendly inexpensive way to reach tenants or multiple individuals at once with just a click of a button also to manage contact information and have a dashboard to easily keep updated with information when it changes.  Red flag has been a great help to our company and recommend it.  

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving being able to get emergency notifications out to the tenants in our mall quickly and effectively being in a area with numerous weather issues we have experience here throughout the year. All individuals get the same message at the same time with just a click of a button.

I like the ease of being able to log in, uploading all of your emergency contacts, creating groups and sending announcements as needed.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

Since we haven't really used the app as much (a good thing) I can't say I or my team has run into any issues. 

**Recommendations to others considering RedFlag:**

Complete a demo and see if it meets your property's needs. 

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We would use RedFlag should there be a need to evacuate or if there is a power outage or any crisis situation. To reiterate my last comment, we have been fortunate to not have had the urgency to use RedFlag.

have used RedFlag for the past few years. I have always found it easy to use. There are great new features being released by the Pocketstop team and they've always been great about teaching our team how to use them

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

Nothing comes to find, i don't feel like I have any major dislikes of this product or the customer service.

**Recommendations to others considering RedFlag:**

Good customer support, easy to use and integrate

we needed a cloud-based messaging solution that wasn't very expensive but quick to set up and easy to use in emergency situations.

We like that all our retail tenants and as well as security and office personal can be notified of emergencies. Whether at home or on site. We can also separate groups and choose who gets the notification.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

Nothing really. We've been using Red Flag for several years now and have had no issues. 

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to inform all of our mall tenants of any type of emergency. Severe weather, fire, or active shooter are all things that could happen at a mall and being able to count on Red Flag to help us get the messages out is a great relief.

RedFlag's easy-to-use user interface! While PocketStop offers training, the solution is so intuitive that it really demonstrates what a great company is behind RedFlag!

Perhaps there could be more features, but the RedFlag solution has what I need and I am not forced to buy features that I don't really use!

If you need a system that works, is simple to use for your team and is cost effective, call them!

I needed a lean, efficient method to communicate multi-channel messages when critical situations occur. Because the User Interface is so intuitive, our team can quickly send messages without additional time or expense to refresh their knowledge of the solution.

RedFlag is so easy to use and can be used with either a cell phone or computer no matter where you are.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

There is very little to dislike.  Sometimes the dash board can be a bit hard to navigate but once you figure it out it's a breeze!

We are able to communicate with our tenants very quickly which has allowed us to keep our team and tenants safe in trying situations.

Easiest mass texting system I have used yet! Literally, takes only seconds to send a mass communication.

I am not sure if I could select just a few specific identified users.
