What do you like best about Re-Leased?

I like that Re-Leased does everything needed for property management, including inputting expenses, lease, and tenant management, along with all the other tasks that come with property management. It has helped me with insights to give clear reporting back to our landlords Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Re-Leased?

I definitely think the maintenance portal needs improvement. Our tradies find that the work orders are very small font, have very limited input, and there's no live work order feature. This makes it difficult for them to report back when there's an issue and ends up making it a bit of a three-way communication with us and the tenants. I would like it to work more like Tapi does in residential. Also, the initial setup was quite hard because we didn't have a lot of training videos, and we had to rely mostly on Re-Leased's training videos, which, thankfully, are much better now. Response from Tegwyn McCormack of Re-Leased

Appreciate the detailed review, Jacinta. Great to know Re-Leased covers what you need across 160 properties. I've shared your feedback with our Product team, thank you for sharing that.

"Easy to learn, comprehensive functionality and great training"
5/5
What do you like best about Re-Leased?

Re-Leased is straightforward to learn and easy to use, with comprehensive functionality to support our asset management needs. Compared with other property software we’ve used, the layout feels intuitive, and practical features such as drag and drop make everyday tasks simpler. Our trainer, Atul, was also great to deal with and made the induction a positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Re-Leased?

There have been very few downsides so far. The basics are straightforward to learn, although the depth of functionality means there is a learning curve to make full use of the system. Cost is a consideration, particularly for a smaller business, but we still see it as good value compared with the alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tegwyn McCormack of Re-Leased

Thanks for taking the time to share this. Glad the layout and drag and drop are making everyday tasks easier, and that bringing your commercial portfolio into one platform is already showing potential on admin, invoicing and reporting. We'll pass your kind words on to Atul. As you go deeper into the system, our team is here to help you get the most from it. The Re-Leased team

"Re-leased Streamlines Lease & Facilities Admin and Saves Our Team Time"
5/5
What do you like best about Re-Leased?

It’s easy to use and saves us time by keeping all the critical details in one place for the team to review. Re-leased has streamlined our lease and facilities administration, allowing us to focus more on client & tenant relations and hands on property management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Re-Leased?

We have duplicate contacts across all our entities which is frustrating as it would be nice to not have the duplicate data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tegwyn McCormack of Re-Leased

Thanks so much for this. Really glad Re-Leased is giving your team back time to focus on client and tenant relations rather than admin, that's exactly the shift we're aiming for. We hear you on the duplicate contacts across entities, the team's actively working on this. Thanks again, the Re-Leased team.

"Outstanding Support and Easy Multi-Property Account Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Re-Leased?

More than anything I like the customer support we receive from your staff! I also like how easy it is to manage all of the accounts & tenants we have across our ten properties! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Re-Leased?

There is nothing I dislike about Re-Leased, but it would be nice if it were easier on the back end to submit credit card payments for tenants instead of having to download the invoice to get into their portal! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tegwyn McCormack of Re-Leased

Thanks Natalee, great to hear. Managing ten properties and their tenants in one place is exactly what Re-Leased is built for, and we'll pass your note on to the support team. Noted on the card payment steps too. Thanks for being with us.

I like that Re-Leased keeps everything in one place, which is really convenient for property management. The platform is forward thinking and does what it says on the tin. I appreciate that it constantly evolves with the changes in the property sector and is always innovating. The initial setup was straightforward as they handled most of the work and imported the data for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Reliable Platform for Efficient Property Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Re-Leased?

Re-Leased is user-friendly and very easy to navigate, making it straightforward to find what I need. One feature I find particularly valuable is the reporting capability, which allows us to quickly access property and tenancy data for decision-making and compliance purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Re-Leased?

It’s frustrating that we’re unable to upload documents or invoices when creating a maintenance task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tegwyn McCormack of Re-Leased

Thanks Kelly. Glad the reporting is giving you quick access to the property and tenancy data you need.

Good news on maintenance tasks: you can attach documents and images. When creating the task, use the Documents and images section in the task form before saving. For an existing task, open it from the Maintenance Hub or the property or tenancy Tasks tab, then attach files from the Task Details page.

Our team at support@re-leased.com can also walk you through it.

"Simplified Property Management with Easy Compliance Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Re-Leased?

I like all of the different compliance screens and how easy it is to keep track of documents. These screens make it easy to keep up to date with our compliance and it's easy to send emails to tenants from these screens to keep things up to date. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Re-Leased?

I think having only one email or phone number for the contacts is a limitation. It would be better if there were multiple number or email areas to add different contacts so notices or reminder emails can go to different emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tegwyn McCormack of Re-Leased

Thanks for taking the time to share this. Glad the compliance screens are making it easy to stay on top of documents and get notices out to tenants without the manual chase. Thanks again, the Re-Leased team.

"Efficient Property Management with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Re-Leased?

I use Re-Leased for property management accounts, and I like how it quickly allocates funds paid and efficiently pays contractors' bills. I appreciate its speed and efficiency compared to our old systems. The customer service is very responsive when we encounter issues we don't know how to resolve. It's much more functional and efficient than the Focus Microsystems product we used before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Re-Leased?

Sometimes I find problems with the allocation of funds when a tenant has multiple units within one property, but we're getting there. Also, the initial setup was quite time-consuming, especially since we had many properties to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tegwyn McCormack of Re-Leased

Appreciate the review, Carol. Getting funds allocated and contractors paid quickly is exactly the kind of time back we want you to feel, and it's good to know our support team have been there when you've needed them. Thanks for being part of Re-Leased.

"Efficient Property Management with Re-Leased"
5/5
What do you like best about Re-Leased?

I like that Re-Leased is accurate and good. I'm impressed with how they're always thinking of new ideas and pushing forward the boundaries, particularly with the tenant portal. It's really good because the tenant portal allows us to get tenants to respond directly with their queries, making it easier for us to answer quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Re-Leased?

We do have a few issues on the account side that have been raised. There's a problem with the automatic switching off of confirming invoices and generating them automatically. Some of our portfolio need to be generated automatically without checks, while others need to be checked. This inconsistency seems to be causing a bit of a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tegwyn McCormack of Re-Leased

Thanks for the great review. Really pleased the tenant portal is helping you turn tenant queries around quickly, and that the pace of new ideas is landing well. Your feedback helps us improve our product. Thanks again, the Re-Leased team.

"Superior Property Management with Exceptional Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Re-Leased?

I have found Re-Leased to be a very superior product for property management. The support is fantastic, typically responding the same day, and I appreciate that they are very open to ideas and take every individual process onboard. The ease of use makes everyday tasks a breeze. Having almost instant support makes my job easier by solving issues as they arise instead of waiting two business days for help. The initial setup was very easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Re-Leased?

I find that maintenance requests via the app need better integration to Credia. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tegwyn McCormack of Re-Leased

Appreciate this, Samantha. Glad the support and easy setup are making the everyday run smoother. We hear you on having Credia better integrate with our app, it's something the team is already looking into. Thanks for taking the time.
