What do you like best about Raken?

I find Raken incredibly valuable for creating daily reports and including pictures to better organize work sites. Its simplicity is a major asset, making it easy to create custom forms that ensure all our subcontractors submit consistent, universal-looking reports. This capability, especially the form customization, helps us gather necessary information efficiently, keeping everyone on the same page. The platform serves as a critical point of reference for tracking when specific tasks are completed, and the attached images serve as visual documentation, capturing what the field looked like before further work was done. What do you dislike about Raken?

The requirement to sign in every time I access Raken on the computer is quite annoying. It would be much more convenient to have an option to remain signed in, especially since the mobile app version already offers this seamless experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Raken?

Raken has been a huge time saver. Daily reports, custom checklists, safety protocols, and photos are all streamlined, and I can get accurate updates from the field without chasing anyone down. The app is simple enough for the crews to use but gives me all the detail I need to stay on top of the job.

It keeps communication clear between the field and office, cuts down on paperwork, and helps projects run smoother overall. For me, it’s made managing multiple jobs a lot less stressful.

What do you dislike about Raken?

I don't have any major dislikes other than me needing to take the time to learn and implement all of the features. I would like to see some additional administrative project management tools. Some way I can track job cost and schedules. It would also be handy if the "incidents" feature was customizable and expandable in the same way checklists are. What do you like best about Raken?

I like that it can store project data, such as pictures of before and after, documents, and comments from foremen regarding the job.

We like that our Foremen can view the projects that they are assigned to. We include pictures and data for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raken?

We’re unable to use the clock-in feature because it automatically clocks our workers out at midnight, which doesn’t work well for us since most of our projects take place during overnight third-shift hours.

What do you like best about Raken?

The platform is quite intuitive and everything is easy to use. The customer service at Raken is top notch and they really listen to their customers needs. I asked to have a feature implemented and a few months later, Raken rolled out that feature to send notifications to administrators when check list are completed. What do you dislike about Raken?

I do not like that the foremen can rollover hours from the previous day. I wish there was a way to force them to put in the hours manually each time. They have a habit of just rolling over the hours and those hours are not accurate. I also do not like how the budgeting works. Its a little difficult to set up properly then the foremen do not understand how to input how much materteral was used that day. The Equipment feature is also kind of hard to understand. What do you like best about Raken?

We tried another timekeeping provider and ran into problem after problem. Moving to Raken was so simple compared to others, and checked all of our boxes. Their document function is an added positive which allows our employees a one stop shop for all things within our company. The implementation was easy and seamless in connecting with our system. Their customer support has been exteremley helpful throughout every step of the way. We use it every day and love the functionality. Integration with our Spectrum software was simple and overnight!! What do you like best about Raken?

We implemented Raken into our company about 6 months ago now. It's been great having various team members take daily notes and upload their photos. We've been able to go back in our records when needed and it's been a game changer. Love the daily logs and documents tabs. I also like that we've been able to give Raken Support our feedback and they roll out updates that take our suggestions into consideration. What do you dislike about Raken?

The app has some glitches. But as mentioned, they're pretty good with fixing these things when the problem is brought to their attention.

Example: would like to export employee certificates for a certain job, but it's exporting ALL certificates instead. I believe they are currently working on this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Raken?

The timecard managment aspect has made a world of difference for us. Managing over 100 field employees spread over 150+ miles on double digit jobs has never been easier. Also, the documents section has allowed us to digitally upload sets of plans and removed the large plan sets from the field. Another great thing is the customizable forms. We were able to create and submit our specific change order forms as well as dust control forms within Raken, which we can them digitally compile and submit when needed. The gallery and photos has been aweosme for taking site delivery of materials. Jack from Raken has been a good resource for support and help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raken?

Not specifically on Raken's side, but field implmentation has been a struggle on our behalf. Teaching field crew who have never used a personal mobile phone before, let alone a laptop or tablet has proved to be a challenge that we are tackling everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
