I like that it can store project data, such as pictures of before and after, documents, and comments from foremen regarding the job. We like that our Foremen can view the projects that they are assigned to. We include pictures and data for them.

I find Raken incredibly valuable for creating daily reports and including pictures to better organize work sites. Its simplicity is a major asset, making it easy to create custom forms that ensure all our subcontractors submit consistent, universal-looking reports. This capability, especially the form customization, helps us gather necessary information efficiently, keeping everyone on the same page. The platform serves as a critical point of reference for tracking when specific tasks are completed, and the attached images serve as visual documentation, capturing what the field looked like before further work was done. These features collectively streamline communication and maintain order on a site with lots of work happening simultaneously.
