## Redzone Reviews
  ### 1. Providing Plant Startup Tools Necessary for Continuous Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick H. | Manufacturing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The real time data visibility and collection. The communication features to keep the TEAm aligned on priorities and initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The difficulty extracting relevant trend and analysis data. Very difficult to capture trends by operator, shift, and site as a whole.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to immediately recognize performance successes and gaps.

  ### 2. Great Job Implementing the System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian S. | Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The true benefit is the full integration into the plant in many ways. It allows our operators access to people and resources that they may not always get access to.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

RedZone is evolving all the time and some updates, unfortunately, create unintended consequences.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are connecting our teams better and also automating our work flows through the plant. This has helped us with going paperless in Quality and further automate other workflows outside of Quality.

  ### 3. Great time implementing RedZone at our facility.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Great software that integrates into our systems and has a lot of great features that we are not even using yet. Should take away most of our paperwork and the issues that come with that. The program is easy to use from the operator up to the admins. It took a while to implement, but once we started it was fairly easy to grasp.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Takes some time to implement and train people on all the aspects of the system. Once they get it though it is fairly easy to use.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Quality, and communication.

  ### 4. My experience with QAD Redzone has been wonderful.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris H. | Business Systems Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Personally, I love how easy the software is to manage, use, and see visually. This system has helped my current company keep track of compliance and effiency at a much higher rate than before. Everything we need to see to make decsions are available without the hassel of remebering where to find this information.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The one thing I dislike about Redzone on the admin level is not being able to specify what location each user can see. Currently, each user will have to create a filter on their account to filter out locations they do not work on or do not need to see. In the future, we plan on using production, pre-weigh, and compounding in the system so being able to filter what location each user can see on the Admin level would be very useful.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAD Redzone is allowing our company to track compliance at a much faster and better rate than before. Having our operators fill out paper forms caused many GDP errors that would cause a hault in our process until it could be corrected. Now with Redzone, Quality is able to review compliacne checks in real time to ensure everything is filled out properly and accurate. Redzone has also helped with our manufacturing efficiency. Being able to see exactly what our OEE is in that moment instead of days later has allowed us to be able to make changes/decions on the spot to see what can be fixed. Also having the OEE available for future reference has been helpful to deciede what location needs more work in order to prevent downtime from occuring.

  ### 5. Review for Reginaldo's Support to Refine Compliance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick C. | Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone houses a large toolset for companies to refine and improve practices. From monitoring production to day to day tasks Redzone has just about everything you need.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

There are random bugs that come out with updates, but they are quick to be fixed.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone helps us track both production and quality throughout our process.

  ### 6. Redzone is an innovative tool to build your teams success.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

No complaints at this time. I am fairly new to this organization.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daily progress (WO) tracking. Data collection.

  ### 7. The software is user friendly and performs well across key functions.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather J. | Production Scheduler, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The most impactful aspect of the productivity module has been improved goal visibility, along with the ability for production personnel to generate ideas and actions by shifting initiative from a top-down approach to a more collaborative process. The live performance tracking also adds significant value. The compliance module has been instrumental in reducing the workload on QA by enabling floor staff to take ownership of checks via iPads. This has not only saved QA time but also advanced our transition toward a paperless system. We are currently working on branching out checks to other departments.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

A least helpful aspect of Redzone is the login experience after it times out. When re-entering the correct credentials this results in an error, requiring users to fully close and reopen the app or browser tab.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real time production rates from the floor provide valuable insights that support more effective planning and decision-making.

  ### 8. Great experience great product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan S. | Labor scheduling and training supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Learning module ease of creating a training program

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Some forms require too many taps to access the form you need would like more streamlined experience

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing KPIs and knowledge to the employees on the production floor

  ### 9. More than software - it's become how we communicate, gather data, and solve problems.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan R. | Director of Engineering and Plant Facilities, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Coaching. There are many solutions out there for people communicating internally, or gathering data from equipment, or collaborative problem solving, but Redzone rolls them all into one with the support of Continuous Improvement experts built-in via coaching. Our coaches have been instrumental in accelerating implementation & adoption of Redzone to to see a positive ROI while cheerfully engaging our people for training and collaboration in alignment with our company values. It is very simple to use and visually engaging for our front-line while driving results for the bottom-line.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

As we learn, evolve, and expand our usage there have been features & functionality "missing" from our perspective but Redzone is ever-evolving with their customers and developing more complex solutions to drive improvement. One initial hurdle was that the system is only available on iOS, which is also evolving in real-time with the recent release of a web-based admin portal.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workforce engagement & communication. Continuous improvement via crowd-sourced ideas from the people closest to the work and structured problem solving tools to drive resolution. Live-data from our equipment to reduce downtime and shared performance visibility to enable seamless collaboration without submitting a "help ticket". Understanding of true capacity and throughput, resulting in capital expense avoidance and reduced hiring requirements as we grow.

  ### 10. A lot to learn but worth the time investment

**Reviewed by:** Cody O. | Plant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like how it is a great tool to communicate with and advertise issues that the plant is experiencing. It allows for the creation of actions that are then very visible to members of the management team. Overall, it is easy to use and the experience has been great so far.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

There are some complexities to setting up the compliance module. The learning curve seems kind of high, especially for those that are not super computer savvy.

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Productivity and compliance have completely transformed how I manage the floor. With productivity tools, I can communicate more effectively, track data effortlessly, and implement positive changes that truly improve production. These tools have enabled me to monitor performance in real time, identify trends, and make informed decisions that drive efficiency and quality. I can now stay engaged with every line running, even when I’m not physically present, ensuring consistent support and oversight. This has streamlined our processes and made it easier to adopt and sustain meaningful improvements on the floor.

A key part of my success has been my coach, Rob. His patience, dedication, and drive to help me reach my full potential have been invaluable. When he’s here at CMC, he’s fun to be around and inspires me to stay on top of my huddles. There’s truly no one like him. His energy is unmatched, and his accent is the best! Rob consistently provides insightful advice, encourages innovative thinking, and goes above and beyond to ensure both my growth and the success of CMC. His guidance has made a lasting impact not only on me but on how we approach productivity and continuous improvement.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

It's called Redzone but we want green bars and stars, not red bars.
I also wish the high fives were bigger on the TV.

  ### 19. Biggest improvement to factory in the last 10 years

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone is the perfect suite of tools to empower the front line workers and create a connected workforce. The ease of use and intuitiveness of the application make adoption quick and easy. The coaching provided by the Redzone team was not only centered around how to use the application but also how to rightsize the use to fit your factory. Would highly recommend! It has been everything promised and more!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Lack of Additional out of the box reporting and ability to categorize losses and analyze in app.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brings losses to the forefront and empowers front line workers to action and resolve issues on the fly. Additionally the connectedness across a 24/7 factory has improved dramatically since Redzone implementation.

  ### 20. Great product and Ease of Implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

  ### 21. Amazing ability to improve communication throughout large manufacturing plants

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Micah M. | Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has tremendously improved communication throughout our production process. Allowing for seamless communication within multiple departments and individual associates. The visibility it has brought to life for improved processes is a game changer!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I would like to see windows based access for Redzone. The functionality of Redzone on an iPad is great for on the go but can be frustrating when dealing with any typical daily work that occurs on windows based platforms

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved communication and visi

  ### 22. Redzone was a good decision for our company!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Dairy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

As a whole, it is awesome to be able to see real time data from the production floor from your phone wherever you may be. I use redzone everyday to help ensure checks are ebing properly completed for each production run. In Redzone, I specifically love the compliance and learning modules.

-The compliance module helped to digitize all of our forms and made it easier to review. We also stopped wasting time trying to track down forms that may have been lost.
-For learning, the skills matrix makes it very easy to determine who is qualified or trained on a specific job within the plant and makes it easy to see when you need it in a hurry.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Some downsides we have ran into specifically in our plant;

-Skill matrix not sorting by last name and instead sorts by first name and number of skills they are assigned to. It would also be more more convienent to be able to assign a person to a department instead of having to group them in filters.
-We struggled with deciding what triggers to use when scheduling checks in the compliance module as we couldn't find one thing that would 100% work for us so we needed to decide on the best option.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As for beefits, Redzone is helping us to easily keep track of paperwork and detemine who is trained to do which jobs.

  ### 23. Instant Data - Easy roll out - Exceptional Coach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The ability to provide real-time visibility into our manufacturing operations. This enables us to quickly identify and address issues on the shop floor, leading to improved efficiency, reduced downtime, and higher product quality. By offering actionable insights through real-time data, QAD Redzone helps our Production team to make informed decisions promptly, ultimately enhancing overall operational performance. The way we were coached to focus on Vital Fews and resolve those first was very insightful.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Customization Limitations: Our engineering team felt that the platform may have limitations in customization to perfectly fit our unique manufacturing processes.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Instant visibility of data

  ### 24. We went paperless!!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

QAD RedZone has enabled our quality department to go paperless. The real-time tracking helps us catch issues before they become bigger problems, and it’s easy for the whole team to use. It keeps everything organized, improves efficiency, and helps us maintain high-quality standards. Plus, it’s great for keeping everyone on the same page and finding ways to improve.
We also had great support from our Operational Compliance Co

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The hardest part about using QAD RedZone is all the work it takes to set up in the beginning. There’s a lot of data to input and getting everything customized to fit our process takes time. It can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially when training the team and making sure everyone is on the same page. Once it’s up and running, it’s helpful, but that initial setup can be a real challenge.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAD RedZone has really helped our quality team by giving us better visibility into our processes. Before, it was harder to catch issues in real time or track trends, but now we can monitor things as they happen. It makes it easier to spot deviations, ensure compliance, and keep everything running consistently. The real-time data helps us react faster and improve overall quality, which has made a big difference in keeping our standards high. It also helps us communicate in real time. We created a QA Group that has centralized our communication.

  ### 25. Excellent software and Excellent people

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alysha B. | QA Project Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone is a great data collection and communication tool that can be used to highlight areas for improvement in production processes in order to increase productivity overall. It enables employees to communicate issues to the entire plant and create actions which can be used for employee accountability. I like the built in Kaizen, where employees can work together to fishbone ideas and work towards a common goal.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

It can be difficult to learn for older people who are not as technologically advanced, or don't have any sort of social media. It needs to have a search function within forums/chats to make it easier to recall information within a conversation so you're not scrolling through a ton of text trying to find something.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, it is solving our communication problem in our plant. For a relatively small plant, there is always complaints of lack of information/communication to all floor employees from upper management, as well as a lack of engagement in the greater conversation. Redzone has enabled our employees to communicate issues/concerns, see the follow up from upper management, and receive kudos in the form of highfives. Overall, this has improved employee satisfaction on the floor, and given them more confidence that management is actually working on the issues they raise, and communicating back to them the results.

  ### 26. Work done by Caroline Brunstein. Highly recommend.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinicius o. | Operado de máquina, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Practicality and the way of compiling data and the practice with factory operators, and the operators can take action on the problems they face through the practice learned by Kaizen.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

There is no module that stops being used

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduce loss with machine downtime and benefit with the help of coach Caroline

  ### 27. Coached to Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe M. | Quality Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Some of the things I love about Redzone are the commitment to daily discussions while providing a forum for these discussions to not only take place but in essence force action. It is a great tool to make all aspects of your production environment known, but this is of course if used appropriately. I also like the fact that it drives healthy competition within the company to drive improvement. The coaching is a huge part of my great experience with Redzone. I cannot speak enough to how our coach's dedication and effort has help us move the right direction in making RedZone a priority and a part of our culture.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Some of the items I will say that I do not care for is the specifics around code dates and how they can be verified in RedZone. This is not to say RedZone doesn’t have a function for this, but with the complexity of some of our code dates, I wish it was a little more capable of self-calculating some of our more complex strange code date requirements. Second, the wish would be to have a check conducted each hour on the hour when the line is running, and RedZone does this based on a run time of the equipment.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is helping us have tough conversations that allow us to move our company forward. We have seen productivity numbers increase by 50+ percent, which we desperately needed, to the point where we have produced more this year than any other year. Team camaraderie and working towards a common goal is improving at our site with the use of huddles and Daily Vital Signs.

  ### 28. A great platform for any business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

How easy it is to use and how interactive it is. It engages the staff to see live performance and creates healthy competition

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing - I actually cannot fault the application

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s increasing our OEE , helping us see live issues and actioning them before they become bigger issues

  ### 29. Redzone is Great for the Quality systems coordinator

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duangkamon T. | Quality systems coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

i enjoy using redzone and i find it very easy and quick to do my daily inspection task. Redzone also makes very easy for me to connect within my department, we can share pictures and videos and messages and all work related messages.
The group setting function makes communications within our work place very well organised and efficient. i can @mention other departments if i need to get my message shared.
i find the quality check dashboard very easy to understand, i can overview all the QA checks done by my team everyday and i can manage by exception and only focus on the warnings or fails.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Sometime i think is confusing to understand all the functions within the app. sometime when internet is not stable it affects my job.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

when i communicate with the shop floor staff, i find the translation function very useful because not everyone understands english and the app can help me translate in to thai language.

  ### 30. Redzone is a very useful tool for the confectionary manufactures in thailand

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Witsuta P. | QA hygienist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

i like redzone becuase i find many different modules that i can explore and play around. the application can translate to many different language this help our staff where english is not their first language.
i used to use paper to fill in our daily checks and when an auditor comes, we need to dig out paper from our archives to fullfill their needs. now with redzone, our check records can be pulled from a easy search.
Redzone auto trigger checks on when it needs to be completed, i dont need to be mindful on forgetting to get a check done.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

when we are uploading photos and videos, we can not select multiple items, we can only do it one at a time, this is time consuming. when we are designing the data sheet scheduling triggers, we can only set up one at a time.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we can retrieve data so much quicker than before and we are now a paperless factory. we no longer need to use a photo camera to take and upload photos and attach to documents and the whole QA process is much quicker and we can utilise our time elsewhere.

  ### 31. Engineering and maintenance manager user review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JEERASAK K. | engineering and maintenance manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has many functions, such as productivity and reliability and compliance and learning. the systems helps us to use the ipad to completed checklist and documentations and makes data retrieval very easy. i find the app interface very user friendly.
Our egnineering team mainly use Redzone for filling in checks on our daily CIL task. daily PM, weekly PM and monthly PM. all of the task can be pre sechdule in the system and it helps me to manage my team as i can see what task have been completed. i used to have over 30 paper checks on my desk each morning. now i can see all from just one page.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Because it has so many different features, i feel it can get confusing to get used to at the start. i also discovered that some of the translation is missing for the Thai language.
i would like to see more inventory management features and as well as project management.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now 80% paperless within the engineering department, i used review 30 paper documents per day and now i can just use my ipad.
Redzone allows me to see all live information of all the production lines and i can give support to where it's needed.

  ### 32. Redzone is a Gamechanger!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | VP Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Saco Foods prides ourselves in the programs we've implemented over the years to help employees feel engated, food safety, food quality and overall systems. My position involves Supplier Approval Programs so I have toured many facilities, and starting seeing Redzone pop up. I was intrigued. In further research I felt it was a great program to implement. We had no idea how great it would be. One of the most meaningful benfits of Redzone is the operator engagement. Putting all savings aside (and we have seen a 54% increase in OEE), our employees feel a part of the program and the company. They take ownership in themselves and in the company. People care and want you to know that, and they want to feel they're a productive part of the process. We cannot say enough good things about Redzone.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I have literally sat here and thought about how to answer this for 10 minutes. I come up with absolutely nothing. There have been no downsides from our experience!

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintenance awareness which has significantly reduced down time in lines. Operator engagement. Packaging accuracy. Operator accountability and awareness. This all benefits my role when it comes to reporting, efficiencies, food safety and food quality.

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has been a great implement for our environment. We have made great strides in the right direction to improve efficiency and quality of our products as well as our employee retention.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I was very used to and comfortable using my iPad for all of my building and corrections. Having to us my PC and not have complete controls over changes on the floor level is a little challenging. (We are in the middle of building checks for both of sites) so it's not as easy to make changes.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quality failures mistakes and errors are being avoided.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

One areas that may feel less helpful is that some users, especially those less tech savvy, might find the initial onboarding and learning curve a bit challenging. While Redzone is ultimately user-friendly, it can take time for the teams to get fully confortable navigating the platform, particularly with its more advanced features.

Intergration with other systems- depending on the existing software ecosystem, integration with other platforms might require addtional work or adjustments, which can lead to time spent on aligning different systems for seamless functionality.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone provides real-time data on production performance, allowing teams to quickly identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies, reducing dowtime and increasing productivity. **What do you like best about Redzone?**

I love the plethora of options, and the amazingly easy way to build things. Everything feels very logical but concise.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

There are not a lot of downsides, but I will say things can start to look cluttered if you don't sort the playbook.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us eliminate paperwork and have more visibility in our production and quality checks. It is also helping us build out area audits to trend issues over time. We are also using it to centerline our machinery and connect with maintenance to get them on the scene as fast as possible with as much information as we can give them, typically via video and pictures.

We are now paperless because of Redzone. I find the admin app very easy to use, and I can manage all my settings. Changes can be applied quickly, and I can also see the log of changes that I have made.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone is not avaliable on PC and i can only use ipad to accese the main app.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Redzone, I used to spend a lot of time manually inputting data from sheets of paper into our Excel files. This was a very administrative and time-consuming task. Now, all the necessary checks are being filled and submitted via Redzone. I have full visibility of the paperwork, including when it was completed and the pass/fail status of the checks. I can better use my time on other tasks. Redzone has also helped me save time on managing work orders much more efficiently.

DIrect communication with Operators and QA Techs in a more immediate and clear way.

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Driving required work at the core line via data sheets and triggers, and the tons of enterprise reports.

Having a great redzone coach helping to implement our complaince section really helped our team. Our coach has helped not only develop ideas for sheets but has helped trouble shoot when sheets did not work as expected. Redzone listens to customer feedback and helps make programing changes to make redzone easier to use for the customer.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The only downside of Redzone that there are some programming items that currently are not availble to do within the software.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is allowing all employees to communicate across all shifts. This benefits management by allowing information to quickly get to all employees without having to have several meetings. It also helps our teammates on the follow quickly communicate with their managers.

**Reviewed by:** Rosalyn W. | Associate Manager of Packaging, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

That the company offers a Redzone coach to help implementation and launch of the program at the site. It is user-friendly, but definitely needs an expert to guide the teams. Zach did a very good job being patient with Mead Johnson (Reckitt’s) team.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

That hourly rates are red when we are in cleanups. I do not like that.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OEE loss and giving better visibility to problems at the floor (even the small picky ones that just bug operators). It has helped communicate issues better too for our downtimes that are in hard to get to areas of the plant.
