i find Redzone very user friendly, it's easy to use, it also provides multiple language support. i like the real time data and we can make decisions much quicker than before and we are able to react to the data and reduce downtime loss.

It took some days to get used to it and understand how it relates. The supoort team was very good to help us re-upload everything again.

Redzone empowered our front line workers and gave them a voice to help solve many of our manufacturing challenges. This engagement created more continuous improvement opportunities in our organization. The intuitive software platform on iPads was easy for our team to learn.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I wouldn't call it a dislike, but initially there was a bit of data overload based on the number of sensors and the nature of our continuous manaufacturing process. In retrospect, we waited a little too long to get alignment on the data we wanted to measure.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is providing clear visibility across all manufacturing areas of our organization. It is allowing me to see where our performance is improving and where we need to invest more time and resources to improve.

Redzone can help use improve line efficiency, i can now see the actual line capacity, i can better plan and improve the line by allocating the right amount of people to the line and line balancing. Redzone can help us reduce loss time.

that means we need to order more Ipads, which lead to more cost.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The data has helped us to analyse our machine downtime and performance. we better understand the reasons for the downtime and we can make corrections faster.
We are working on the compliance module and when it launches, this will help us remove many of the papers from the line. It will also make data analysis so much easier.

  ### 11. Exceptional and Amazing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The transparency through out the entire process has been extremely rewarding. Everyone had a voice and a say and was heard. Communicating was a 2 way street which helped us tremendously. The patience that James demonstrated was impressive. He helped each and everyone of us to fully understand and comprehend the system in its entirety. Very hands on and always available for any questions we had. I personally called James at all hours of the day and he was always happy to answer any of my questions and fully explain until I understood. Once we understood the program it is extremely easy to use. Red zone was implemented with ease during the training and it went smooth. Red zone is our go to now, it is truly the voice of the people.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

There is nothing to dislike about redzone.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accountability is what redzone has helped us with.

  ### 12. Culture changing, software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** aayala . | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Working with Derrick Griffin has been an incredibly transformative experience. His dedication, deep knowledge, and personalized approach to coaching RZ ways have made a significant difference in our company's overall performance. Derrick not only provides expert guidance but also listens attentively, tailoring his coaching to our company's specific needs and goals. His constructive feedback and encouragement have helped my maintenance dept overcome challenges and our production dept overcome production issues, and see growth. I highly recommend Redzone and its coaching, software, and administrative staff to any up and coming manufacturer companies on the market today.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Not incorporating a CMMS inventory control into the software is my only drawback on Redzone. Knowing what you have on hand real time while on the floor as a maintenance manager would be a great asset to the company.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that red zone is helping us solve is keep on track with machine up time and real time breakdowns. While providing 100% paperless system.

  ### 13. Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey L. | Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The platform is a great one-stop shop for data collection, quality documentation, training standards, and so much more. We use QAD Redzone in both of our manufacturing facilities each day and it integrates nicely to our legacy ERP system. However, the most beneficial aspect to QAD Redzone is their approach to driving meaningful results.

QAD Redzone coaches understand that it isn't enough to simply rely on their digital platform for success, they employ leaders with experience in manufacturing to coach your team in how to make the application work for you. Coaches understand the capabilities of the QAD Redzone platform and through numerous deployments they've refined how they engage employees in the process. When your employees can influence change, small wins add up quickly. It's no secret that this is the key ingredient to their success!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

As with any changing application, the updates don’t always go as intended. Although it's never been a big issue, we've had a couple of new releases that were supposed to fix a glitch in the software but created a different nuisance. QAD Redzone is very responsive in getting these issues corrected.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAD Redzone has digitized our production floor and provides real-time data to make production decisions each day. The Compliance module houses all of our Quality documentation and makes auditing a breeze. It's been a huge enhancement to live communication. With hundreds of employees, we communicate individually or to the masses just as easily. I can't imagine running a 24/7 operaqtion without this level of connectivity.

  ### 15. Redzone compliance in Thailand!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** saranlak s. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

i like how redzone can set up triggers for checks. these triggers can be based on a downtime event and it can be programmed automatically and accurately. we know how much we loss with the reasons and this helps us a lot in terms of further improvement.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

i really enjoy the redzone training and theres nothing we dont like. the only downside i can think of is my team found some difficulty to use both paper and redzone for recording checks this creates duplicated work for them. but this will be phased out once we fully implement.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it's a usful tool for data collection and data analycial. it helps to engage people and gives our organisation to have a clear picture of performance. we can easily spot where our losses are. then we can track all the improvement actions with identified ownership of each task. Redzone also helping us to reduction papaer comsumption cost.

  ### 16. Great Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I really appreciate the ability to review data realtime on the dashboard. Also, the availability of all users to see the data, not just QA. Aditionally, and obvious but very important perk, the elimination of paper! Back when I was a supervisor reviewing 3 shifts of paperwork it would take me 2 hours every morning. Current supervisors are able to do this now in less than 30 minutes, freeing up their time to do other things. Lastly is this software is the kind of acoountability, back to what I mentioned before, the visibiily on the dashbord AND the triggers make it so we can tell if people are missing and canceling checks. Speaking of triggers, Derrick taught me so much regarding triggers and checks in general in such a way that it is actually really fun for me! I am now the one offering to build checks for everybody! :)

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I wish there was a more fromal way to "sign off" on production checks, just like the run sign off. However, Derrick showed me how to do Review triggers so we are utilizing this and the supervisors LOVE it and it does serve the purpose of documenting that a datasheet was reviewed. Again, another thing I am excited and happy to help them set up!

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned in the prior questions, it is putting visibility and accountability front and center. Saving much valiable time in reviwing and organizing!

  ### 17. Compliance Module

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like Redzone because of it's flexibilty and adaptability within the organizational needs. Since we implemented the Productivity module our OEE numbers have increased our engagement and interactions cross functionally have seen a lift in working better together. We were very fortunate to have such a good coach/teacher in Emily Schmidt. I enjoy working with her , she makes it fun for all of us while challenging us at the same time. I am excited as the site QA Manager as we are currently slowly rolling out the compliance module.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I cannot think of anything at this time.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to build our QA checks in Redzone is a major benefit.

  ### 18. CI Tools - Polished and Practiced

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone can be a one-stop shop for all data for the floor of the plant. Regualrly scheduled meetings are the best way to reinforce best behaviors.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I wish labels for action items can be a part of productivity module! I also wish you could upload small videos from the device instead of having to take them in-app.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardized Operating system challenges. Many plant at the company run differently, but Redzone helps them all feel liek they are running the same.

  ### 19. Great tool and all food production factories should have it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Uttam D. | team leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone tells me how the line is performing and I get to see the data and I can oversea the line downtime reasons. I can then easy react to the data and make adjustments from my team to rectify any problems,

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

On some of the products, the admins who set up the run rate is different from the plan and therefore it would mess up the data showing more than 120% performance which isn't realistic.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Redzone we use pen and paper to record downtime and after a production run has ended, the data wasn't very accurate. With Redzone, everything is recorded via the sensors and we can understand downtime to the nearest minutes. Team leaders are now account for data accuracy and we are all working the same direction in improving line OEE

  ### 20. Redzone Delivers!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has changed the production landscape in our facility through employee engagement, performance tracking, quality improvements, and overall communication across departments and shifts.
The backend reporting system provides deep management insights and scheduled reports that allow critical decisions to be made accurately and timely.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The list of dislikes is rather short for Redzone. One example is the excessive reliance on American football references. This is not something that resonates with our workforce. A second example is that the FTP system is not intutive and is very much trial and error before successful data uploads complete.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone has become the one stop shop for all things related to productivity (OEE) and quality. It is also the platform that we communicate time sensitive information to our workforce. The ability to recognize team members in real time is very motivating and able to be used by anybody within the organization. We love having all the present day and archived information at our fingertips. Wherever you go, Redzone goes with you.

  ### 21. Great tool to manage our Quality Checks

Great job REDZONE and to our coach Madison Cody for helping us successfully launch this platform to our operations.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Not enough time with our coach onsite but satisfied with the offline customer support to ensure smooth implementation.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring compliance with Quality & Food Safety Standards.

  ### 22. Madison Is A Great Teacher and Leader

**Reviewed by:** Julieann R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Our product of department communication

  ### 23. Morenita Foods + Redzone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerry C. | Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone not only gives us actionable data in real-time, but it also helps us track all activities to maximize efficiencies. From production line efficiency to real-time reporting, the insights are invaluable. Our coach Danny Ruelas has been exceptional in guiding us to maximize the Redzone's utility. His expertise has definitely been a game-changer for us.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The productivity module was smooth sailing but the initial learning curve for the Quality module was a bit steep. Danny's constant support and feedback was reassuring and motivating so we were able to navigate through the intitial setup it quickly.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone has solved multiple issues at our facility, from eliminating paperwork in our Quality department to reducing downtime during our production runs. It has brought about incredible improvements in our OEE, from 40% to 67%. This productivity gain is enabling us to produce more cases of tortilla chips in less time. The real-time visibility also allows me to step back from micromanaging and helps our frontline get and stay motivated to win the day. Danny's coaching has been incredible in this whole process.

  ### 24. Great Coach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernando D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The limitless possibilities to create data sheets to fit all needs, the easy access to reports and data just a few clicks away. Trending, reporting, analysis tools, all of it makes it easier in all areas of quality.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

There are some tools that can only be used at the data sheet level but not to an item level, an example is the formatted text option to be used as a characteristic but once you apply it to a data sheet it can only follow the format assigned to the data sheet but it will not use the one assigned to the characteristics at the item level.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining communication, centralizing data into one system, and easier tracking of tasks. This has helped across the board in the facility to improve communication and traceability.

**Reviewed by:** Pourichaya P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone is helping us to become paperless.
The operators find it very easy to key in data, such as machine downtime and sechdule checks for the production line.
we as supervisors, we have full visibility of all the lines and we the quality dashboard helps us to manage by exception. i can easily identify any failed or warning checks and speak understand why it failed and what was actioned.
Before using redzone, these practice were very time consuming, in term entering the data and reviewing the data.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

we need to buy more ipads. We would save lot money if the system can be used via windows or andorid devices.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are now running daily production more effectively and we no longer just talking about past data, we are reacting to the data and forward thinking in how to reduce/prevent downtime in the upcoming production. The action management tool is great for action tracking and the whole engagement level of the production team is improved greatly.

  ### 27. Redzone compliance helping us reducing paper usage.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** panya t. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The compliance module has helped us reduce paper on the production line.
we can now easily search for checks, can filter by line, date and production.
the data entering process is super easy and we can make sure the operators are doing the checks at the right time and the information they are entering is more accurate.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

compliance takes long time to learn and master how to create datasheets, if done correctly this will help you track and monitor production line paper work a breeze.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have stacks and stacks of production line paperwork. in the transition of doing redzone compliance, we are reviewing and cleaning up uncessary checks and only keeping what is actually needed.
we will be saving so much paper when we go fully paperless.
We can retrive these paper work with a few clicks and we can also react much faster when once we see the data.

  ### 28. Real time data tracking and downtime reduction with Redzone!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tipparut K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

real time data tracking! we can now see the performance of the whole factory from the ipads. The app is very easy to use and we can also manange new users, products, etc very easily from the admin app. We no longer no need to manually recording downtime and Redzone is saving us more time and allow us to focus on reducing downtime.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

it was confusing when we first set up. we can have assets, asset type and locations problems. it all made sense when we started using the system and this takes some time to get used to and requires some adjustments to fine tune to our needs.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to manually record machine downtimes. We then had to manually input them into an Excel file to generate daily and weekly downtime reports for our meetings. These were time-consuming tasks, and operators often forgot to input the data, resulting in incorrect data being logged. Redzone helped eliminate all these issues. The actual downtime is tracked by the sensors of the line. When the line stops and starts, the entire downtime is captured, and all we need to do is assign the downtime reason. We can now get more accurate data, and we can generate reports with just one click.

  ### 29. Running meetings more effectively with Redzone!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** montawee s. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The app truely gives our front line operators a voice, they can comment, take photos and videos on any downtime issues. we are also creating actions based on downtime. The information is view by everyone, as a supervisor i can ovesee all my lines and i can manage them easily. the coaching provided was great and the practice week sessions helped us to understand the systems a lot more so we can prepared for the actual coaching.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

we are currently in the GMT + 8 and if we have any support reelated questions, we would need to wait until afternoon for the feedbacks. i hope they can have support office in the far east.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have always been doing daily production meetings, however with the intgration with redzone. We can run out meetings more effectively. we can use the app to track downtimes instantly and we can create actions to resolve our problems. Before Redzone, these tasks were not tracked and with Redzone we can see the status of each actions, these actions are managed and we can escalte to next level if needed.

  ### 30. The shiny new Redzone system is so easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** iulian t. | assistant engineer manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I find redzone very simple to use, the interface looks very clean and i negative to the right location easily and search historical report very easy, this helps me to understand where the problem is. It helps to promote inernal communication.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

im not very sure about the fact that anyone can start any location, it means someone can go to another location to start and stop a job and they can also go to another location to enter a downtime problem. we need to make sure no one is messing with it.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

before we have Redzone, my guys used to fill in on paper records for each machine downtime, they would sometime make up the duration of the stop and put in any downtime reasons, it also requries someone to take the data from paper forms and enter into a computer to do data analysis. with Redzone, we only need to select the downtime reason and the duration is automatically captured. i believe the data is more accurate and we only need to make sure they are entering the right downtime reason. we are saving so much time by using redzone.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** nintendra n. | area manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

From an area management point of view. it provides very detailed and accurate data and this helps massivesly when we are tring to resolve daily issues. The systems helps us to interact with others in real time, a simple high 5 can mean a lot to the team. It's helping us to improve communication within the factory, actions can be created and sent to any other users and we are running the huddles, in which we are reviewing any outstanding actions as well as able to escalate actions the the next level management meetings. This tool is very easy to keep track of our tasks and by making slight changes daily, we are on the way to the right course.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

i honest can not think of any areas where i dont like the system. i feel with any new system, it just takes time and practice to master the skill and using it daily. so far it's been a very pleasant journey and the system helps us to react to problems very quickly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ineta r. | production team leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The system is very visual, we can see our line performance and the hourly performance.
It helps to bring out my competitive nature, i like to be top of the leaderaboard. Redzone is creating little internal competition and i think it motivates staff to perform better. (at least from my point of view). Not only we can see real time score, the data we are entering is helping us to resolve daily problems.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

i am very happy with redzone. the sensors has been causing issues and the system needs the sesnor to work in order to show the correct data. The service level of our contractor should improve.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is showing us real life data and we can immeidately react to downtimes. since we had redzone, the number of downtime has been reduced and TV provides good visual for internal competition. i really enjoy using data centre, it can help me location to any date, or any proudction run and makes reporting creating so much eaiser.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I wish Redzone had more customizable options for its TV display capabilties and configurations.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has helped connect our team, creating better cohesion and collaboration across all departments and from the beginning to the end of our entire process. It has also given our frontline operators a voice that they never had before. We've seen amazing from Redzone, from thousands of chats a week to operators gaining confidence and stepping up into new roles and taking ownership of their areas. It's very user friendly and, with the help of our Redzone Coach, we were able to plan, train, and implement Redzone incredibly fast. Our Redzone Coach has also helped us simplify and improve so many processes. They have been extremely helpful and flexible to our needs, and the Kaizen weeks were very rewarding and productive.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I wish that Redzone had better functionality with our maintenance CMMS and better served the needs of our maintenance team so that we could have our entire facility on one integrated platform. A

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 43. Redzone compliance from the Halal food production team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ain n. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

the productivity of the workers will improve as the quality checks are being monitored, if is a paper check, they can become lazy and only fill in the checks when they like. Redzone make this impossible as checks can be programmed so it doesn't get missed and every missed checks are recorded. the dashboard also very easy to manage, we can see checks from one page and we can easily manage by exception.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Some situations are not very practical and we have to change our working habbit to accomdate the system. For example when we count units and enter in paper, we can mark in strokes and give the final value at the end. with Redzone, we can only enter final value, this could lead to poential mistakes.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the current paper work, takes extra manhours to process the data in order to analyse. with Redzone checks, they all become digital and they can be easily retrived during an audit. the data can also be easily access and use data analyis tool like Power BI to generate trends and charts.

  ### 44. Redzone paperless transition journey

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** you jian p. | quality assurance executive , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone helped us becoming paperless, saving cost on paper as well as more accurate and reliable data. we can program the check on our own preference and monitor to ensure checks are being done at the right time by the right person. The app also make it very easy to filter and search histroical data, we no longer required much admin work to fill paper data into digital forms.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

we were not able to copy certain sections of the data sheets. such as triggers and the ability to mass upload option list. we are unable to set up triggers if one location has multiple SKUs running at the same time.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

with tradtional paper checks, we are unable to keep track if the paper checks, the operators usually fill in the forms late and we do not have full visibility. the digital checks in redzone allows us to set up sechdules and we can make sure all operators are doing the correct checks at the correct time. even if the checks are missed or cancelled, the app still keeps record so we can monitor and improve.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

data accuracy, from both productivity of the factory. we were relying man hours to key in production data, redzone eliminated the need, in addiction, line leaders now take on full responsibility on the performance of the line. the compliance modules helping use to make sure digital checks are being conducted and the data being entered is more accurate.

  ### 47. Redzone saved my time!

**Reviewed by:** wachter w. | assistant production manager , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2023

before using redzone, we were doing everything manually, used up many hours of admin work and now redzone is able to provide production data instantly. We have better uses of our time. the system is very easy to use and coaching is great!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

It takes some time to used to and learn about the admin app. the initial set up required precise data to be uploaded into the system, during the huddles, it can be pressuring when needed to type a lot of writting in short amount of time. during the huddles/meeting.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

before redzone there were lack of short inerval control meeting during a production shift, after using redzone, we started doing huddles during the shift, we started analysing the data during the huddle meeting and we can quickly make correct decisions to improve productivity and the front line team gets a voice and issued they rasied during the huddles now gets esclated to the daily production meeting. the overall level of communication has greatly improved. we also saved a lot of manhours from doing administratiive task. such as collecting data and analysing data. Redzone is able to provide quick reviews within the app as well as using the power of cloud data analysis tools such as power BI.

I think the most helpful part about Redzone is the accountability when assigning tasks to employees. Also, another key aspect is seeing the results when the whole team works together.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I would say some struggles with Redzone is keeping the employees engaged with the huddles and action items assigned.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is a good communication platform and is solving issues on the floor with quality and employee set points with machinery. Also, it shows progress within the company and traceability.

  ### 49. Redzone spiced up things in the spice factory

we no longer need to rely on people writtting downtime data with pen and peper, we can easily see live data and the data centre in Redzone makes very easy to look past production run or shift reports.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

we hope to have voice input in the messenging functions and when we first set up the systems it takes some time to understand how the data is related and we had to make many adjustments

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we do not allow mobile phones in the factory, Having Redzone has helped communications within our factory significantly, we can now sent photos to describe problems, we can also assign actions to the right people and we can track actions in our daily meetings.

  ### 50. Redzone is a game changer for manufactures!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** muhammad f. | MIS executive , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

limitation on Apple device only, we would like to be able to use it on other platforms. Windows only allow mass upload of master data (which is a life saver!) we had an issue with new app version that cause malfunction in logging in. however that was resolved promptly.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can manager each individual users in redzone easily and also customize different perimissions depending on their job level. we can also in house manage the admin rights and the coaching programe includes the administrator training so we dont need to sent request to suppliers.
