## Redzone Reviews
  ### 1. Brought our PKG Department into the 21st Century

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has been instrumental in bringing our PKG Department into the digital age. Transitioning our operation to paperless has been spectacular and well-received by the operators. With all the data at our fingertips, we are analyzing and adapting/improving much more quickly than in the past. Our RZ Coaches Brad Kopp and Ryan Sanislo were heavily involved with operator training on the PKG Floor. They were very knowledgeable about taking our idea/requirements and getting them into RZ in the easiest/cleanest possible way. Really can't say enough about how much they taught us so that we could ultimately become self-sufficient. About six months in, there's no turning back.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

No real downsides to note. I would like for the glitch where newly entered comments in forums or elsewhere aren't seen until refreshed. Whereas the Chats and Forums tabs are self-explanatory as to what content drives the red numerical notifications, I cannot figure out the same for the Activities tab. Despite my best efforts, I always have unseen messages, if you will.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone took us paperless and has given us a wealth of data with limitless possibilities. Additionally, the Kaizen tab has been of enormous importance in improving each of our PKG lines.

  ### 2. OUTSTANDING

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren W. | Continuous Improvement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

It's a struggle to know where to begin with what Nature's Bakery likes best about RedZone. If I boiled it down to three areas it would be 1) Data Visualization 2)Team Engagement 3)Ease of Implementation/Coaching Program. The process to kick off the project was simple and organized and RedZone provided clear direction on what was needed. The plant floor team had no idea prior to RedZone how well they were running minute to minute and now we can drive clear standard work based on facts that they control. The team engagement has grown tremendously since the implementation of the software as they are able to generate ideas themselves and pass them through the forum structure. The highlight of the implementation for myself personally was the weekly steering calls and the Coaching Program. The coaches being on site as the primary resource for helping us train and workout any bugs is huge and isn't like any other business I've seen in industry. Shoutout to Derrick Bookwalkter and Ananda Conlon, they made this a huge success for us.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

-Currently only in Apple products, hopefully more to come from that soon as most of our business is Windows based
-Innerconnectivity to ERP system, schedule upload with sFTP is decent but is still manual and outside of normal scheduling process

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Real time data visualization- team is reacting much quicker to problems and is owning the process
-Paperless quality- Less trees! More organization, saved time

  ### 3. Company Experience

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Downtime reporting, Compliance, Learning.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

No help desk to call, if there's an issue you just have to send an email and hope someone answers.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance- SQF Audit Improvements, Downtime Data helps to focus on improvements.

  ### 4. Citrus Systems - Danny Ruelas

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The compliance module helps structure and schedule the day for our quality team, gives us added layers of security on the products we pack, record review is streamlined, and record storage is convenient and detailed (can be hard to navigate without practice).

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The build out of Redzone was very time consuming. The inability for facilities to do mass imports is inconvenient.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication through various departments and ability to quantitatively track success/improvement.

  ### 5. Danny was a great subject matter expert that made the transition to Redzone an Awsome experience.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon B. | Chief Financial Officer & Board Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

It's a great software that is easy to use with enough configurations to make it feel customized to your business. Austin was a great coach guiding us through the implementation by helping us solve company-specific problems with the Redzone tool. We purchased Redzone with a compliance-first mindset, and it has met every expectation. The data we have coming out of Redzone is GOLD!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone needs to develop a sales plan and project management plan for small companies. Redzone as software is a one size fits all tool, but the cost and project management was built for a big company.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance checks for cGMP in addition to productivity insights. I wish it better tracked specific labor assets working on the line to support acurate product costing.

  ### 7. Product deployment at VITA-PAKT

Takes awhile (if ever) for improvements or feedback considerations to be implemented

  ### 9. Paperless and KPI trends.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Compliance module and going paper less. Easy to create forms.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Not all the QAD RZ process steps have a procedure to refer to incase you forget how to do a datasheet free of cost*

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its providing us with KPI a system that was never used before and in preparation to our GFSI 3rd party audit itsgiving us an eye opener to how our OEE is running.

  ### 10. OEE Focused and Staff Approved

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** william v. | VP of Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has become essential at our company and manufacturing facility. It provides us with up-to-the-minute metrics on each production line and allows us to provide timely responses and address issues. Our Redzone coach, Derrick Griffin, was top-shelf and immediately connected with our staff. He assisted us with every phase of Redzone roll-out and implementation. Derrick understood typical manufacturing issues/hurdles well and brought tremendous operations experience to our company. Redzone allows our production team to demonstrate to the company how well our operators and production lines perform. Feeling good about a production run is one thing but having solid data to back it up is another and quite rewarding.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

We enjoy what Redzone brings to our facility. Complete buy-in from the entire company is essential to achieve success. It took some effort to convince our team of the benefits of Redzone and how we would profit from it.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our first Kaizen event was very productive and revealing. Our team focused on equipment changeover and how we could reduce waste and improve the time needed to complete the task. This event reduced change over time, empowered our staff and resulted in standard work instructions for each team member.

  ### 11. Redzone has bridged the communication gaps.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has provided operators with a voice. It has created open communication between departments that was not present before implementation.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Operators look at logging downtime as added work. It is difficult to get maintenance to want to use the system.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have a way to track overall equipment performance in the plant. We also did not have a way to easily communicate between department/shifts. We now get operators to log all the downtime, giving a more accurate picture of our efficiency. We also have a simple communication tool right at everyone's fingers.

  ### 12. Powerful information system that measures and drives performance.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Real-time data that translates into more timely and effective decision makong for all team members.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

In a multiplant environment, accessing information for each plant requires logging in and out of the system.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's enhancing communication, increasing throughput, calling attention to areas needing improvment.

  ### 13. Great program great choaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The information you can get on on app. It is a central location for all production run information

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

How many reports you have to look through to find all of your info in the quilty module

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How efficient are the lines running everyday, and where are the biggest problems on the line

  ### 14. Redzone FTW

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | QA Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone is a strong productivity tool with neat customization features. The visual scoreboard and UI is very intuitive. Some of our operators and QA techs were reluctant to begin using the software. But, the Redzone coaches and support staff helped ease the uptake / adoption of this program.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone is a versatile tool. However, there were a couple of quality data sheets that we initially encountered difficulty adapting to the software. We were able to develop workarounds and use a different WoW (ways of working) in regards to this procedure. We are successfully up and running after working through the initial adoption.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone has enabled us to gain insight into major pain points in our processes, specifically recurring issues. We are leveraging data trending tools and the CI process to focus management attention on reducing these barriers to success.

  ### 15. Very clever tool.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Once you learn how it works, the system will let you record data, trigger responses, and display the results in consistantly.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

My only request is something that it never did. I would like to see some type of receiving and inventory control (basic).

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives employees the ability to communicate what is happening on the manufacturing floor as they are occuring. It helps to eliminate paperwork and who gets it.

  ### 16. Chief Operating Officer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan H. | Chief Operating Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The Biggest impact for us was getting front line and mid-level managers/supervisors real-time data, with action forums to brainstorm and communicate throughout the plant. The software and coaching are equally crucial to the Red Zone secret sauce, and Honeyville ingrained our internal communication methods into the Red Zone operating system. It has profoundly impacted our plant's performance and employees' job satisfaction, and the results speak for themselves.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

At first, our IT department didn't appreciate that Red Zone was only on an IOS platform, but now that it has become a part of our culture, they have come to appreciate the benefits of one platform.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having real-time data available any time of the day has had a profound impact on our leaders being able to be connected to the plant without being on-site or constantly on the phone looking for updates. Having real-time data has helped facilitate our goal to improve the work/life balance of our managers and leaders when they are away from the facility. The fantastic coaching has helped Honeyville evolve our thinking and understanding of how we manage the plant; our leaders have a greater understanding of what actions to take and when by utilization of the data. We have also made great use of the internal Chats function. This has become our quick internal communication go-to and allows the plant floor instant access to other plant floor team members, support staff, or leadership, all within the Red Zone App.

  ### 17. Redzone Productivity and Compliance Modules - 28% Productivity Uplift, and 100% Paperless.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The team's dedication to implementing a user-friendly compliance system has led to remarkable productivity and quality check improvements. Their innovative approach has greatly benefited our daily operations. The training and support provided by the team have been instrumental in ensuring the successful transition to a paperless compliance environment, resulting in considerable time and resource savings. Great job Danny Ruelas!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Reporting can evolve slowly if you do not already have experience as an organization working in a Tableau reporting environment.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paperless compliance systems, Dairy food Industry. Drastically improved organization communication and collaboration. Quicker response to mechanical downtime events.

  ### 18. Very effective productivity software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The tools are very easy to use. Easy to begin and very quickly start seeing results. Our team embraced the technology and associated culture shift very quickly! They enjoy using RedZone because of the real-time feedback and accountability.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

RedZone does require your team to embrace the tools. You must adjust your culture to be successful. But we found the results to be more than worth it!

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone allowed us to track in real-time our productivity, which dramatically improved performance and profitability. It also improved reporting and enabled us to go "paperless".

  ### 19. My valuable tool.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I believe the best decisions are made when you are well informed. Redzone provides real life data to help keep you informed and also provides access to experts from different backgrounds.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

As of right now there is nothing I do not like about Redzone, however, I would like for Redzone to add a function that helps manage tooling.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is a tool that allows us to take scientific approach when problem solving, allows us to eliminate tribal knowledge, and helps us to prioritize what problems to work on.

  ### 20. AMAZING Results!!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex H. | Senior Director of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Communication across all departments has improved tremendously. Production, Maintenance, QA and Sanitation have all utilized Redzone chats/forums/huddles/actions to ensure everyone is on the same page. Additionally, Redzone helps knock down the language barrier that is present at our facility--about 95% of our work force is Spanish speaking, and the translate feature enables everyone's voice/ideas to be heard. We really do communicate about the obsession!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I wish there were a notification system for the activities tab. If the owners of each action could be sent a notification regarding their incoming due date on their actions, I believe most actions would be completed on time. Also, it would be helpful if there were a filter system to eliminate duplicate actions.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we had Redzone, we talked about Downtime, OEE, and Compliance, but there was no good way of making those things "seem real" for the shop floor. Redzone made DT, OEE, and Compliance real by visualizing them in a fun and effective manner. When our numbers and efficiencies are broadcasted across TVs and Ipads--everyone on the shop floor can see how their line is running. The visualization causes everyone to want to run efficiently. Our numbers have increased exponentially!

  ### 21. Redzone has given us the visibility to make better choices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Accountability and visibility are the two most important things that Redzone brought to the business. Missing checks and deadlines is no longer an option!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Some of the form building is a build clunky, and the reporting tool needs to be able to make spreadsheets.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real-time visibility, accountability and reporting on meaningful data.

  ### 22. We had a great implementation experience with the team at Redzone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon L. | VP Brewery Operations - West, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

What we've really enjoyed has been the increased communications around our breweries utilizing the tools inside Redzone. Our coaches were very helpful in guiding our team's adaptation to this change in our culture, and happy to say that post-implementation, the increased communications are integral to our breweries success.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

A challenge we will be facing is going to be data extraction. This platform relies heavily on the use of Tableau for reporting purposes, and the team at RZ did a great job providing a number of templates for our use. Although long term, if you don't have a Tableau expert on staff, the customization of reports will be a challenge.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to strengthen our use of continuous improvement tools and the adoption of Redzone has assisted us along this path.

  ### 23. A must have for food manufacturing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Easily identify reasons for downtime
Clear real-time information
Fantastic communication tool for the team

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

It was more expensive than we expected to buy and wire the sensors, tvs and ipads

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

productivity and uptime improvements
employee engagement improvements

  ### 24. Great Communication Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

One of the things that I personally appreciate about RedZone is the ability of our leads and supervisors to quickly and directly communicate issues to the specific, responsible department. There is no lag. Once a picture or comment is created, the request goes out immediately to the support department to bring a solution to the lines, which minimizes downtime and confusion.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

RedZone has always been very up-front about what its product does and what it was designed to do. When you use the software as it is intended, it performs well. If one attempts to use it to fill other roles, it can be a struggle. With that said, sometimes working with Tableau reporting can be tricky, and it required us to commit time to train others to build reports to get data out of the system.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two main areas of focus for us are getting as close to paperless as we can while still being able to pass all audits with flying colors. And increasing the speed and quality of communication between departments. We are currently building content for our recently purchased Learn Module and are looking forward to the benefits we can gain from that pillar.

  ### 25. Powerful tool to help build our businesses efficiency and growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason G. | President and CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The communication aspect of the software is by far its greatest attribute. It brings a single focus and goal across the whole plant.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The price. It was expensive. But we have found that it is worth the cost.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to view real-time OEE and resolve issues on our factory floor in a quicker, more cost-effective way.

  ### 26. Redzone Launch at Deep Ellum Brewing Company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carson C. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Data collection and increased communication helped us to facilitate faster response times for production down time.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I do not have anything that I dislike about RZ.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data collection, quality check compliance, and heightened communication.

  ### 27. RedZone is a powerful tool once stood-up. Front-end launch and configuration is not seamless.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

As an engagement tool, RZ is very powerful. It is a critically valuable repository of operator and machine feedback.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The customization and data import limitations. Manually needing to push scheduled jobs.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RZ is helping us to quantify issue/asset impact and make effective plans of action. Long term makes our delegating of high-value resources much more accurate.

  ### 28. Game Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone is a very user-friendly system that often feels like it is built from the end-user back. It has been quickly adopted by most of our organization and has opened communication channels across departments. Redzone is a very flexible system that can adapt to changing environments. The program allows you to customize on many levels; several years in, and we are still finding new ways to utilize Redzone to help make our organization more efficient. The information that Redzone can provide is beneficial for making short- and long-term efficiency improvements.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The primary drawback is the limitation presented by only being able to utilize iOS (Apple) products to run the software. This creates an added cost and requires multiple devices if the rest of your organization uses Windows-based hardware for other business systems.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone has provided invaluable insight into our day to day operations allowing our organization to react quickly and communicate across multiple departments. We've seen continued efficiency improvements throughout our journey with Redzone.

  ### 29. great software that helped us make data transparent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Excellent customer service and language support.
The coach in the program is very professional, and coaches are very patient when it comes to training and helping us train the trainers.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Like a new phone, it takes time to set up and get used to; it takes some time to gather all the data if the site is new to this type of technology.
We would like to see more language support on their knowledge base website.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visual factory operations can see live data and know their current progress.
The forums allow the team to run mini-reviews, taking corrective actions based on good data.
The action ownership and escalation process work well with our current practices!

  ### 30. Redzone Is A Game-Changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | Director of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has completely changed the way we operate as a company. Empowering the operators and technicians to provide feedback on a live basis has established a new culture of accountability.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

There was nothing about Redzone that I didn't like. The learning curve was quick, the coach was incredibly helpful, and the experience was second-to-none.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone ensures we ship the highest quality product out the door in a timely manner. We can see quality data in real-time and react accordingly, something we didn't have the ability to do before!

  ### 31. Redzone Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

It gets the information on the floor so that everyone can see whats happening.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

That you can only access Redzone from an apple device.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The overall equipment effcieceny out on our production floor. So far we have seen a improvement in it.

  ### 32. Effective operations tools for continuous improvement and user friendly.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gina M. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone keeps key information in front of users and management to promote efficient productivity and continuous improvement. It is also user friendly, which is key for use and productivity. Additionally, during implementation and after, the Redzone Coach and Customer Support Staff provides exceptional training, information and support.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Having to use an outside system like Tableau to generate custom reports. Excel is a widely used software system, it would be great if we could use it instead.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

If you are looking for a tool that will help you, your staff and manufacturing company work at an optimal level, reach for Redzone. They have the expertise, the tools and the support you need to meet and exceed your goals.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone helps us understand the efficiency of our operations and make adjustments where they are needed thus improving root cause analysis, problem solving and overall output. More specifically, the Learning Module is a key tool for us to be able to train to SOPs, OJT and support our associates in their daily roles. And Playbook videos allow us to capture the tribal knowledge that could otherwise be lost.

  ### 33. Helpful tool for communication between operators an Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timmy J. | Plant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Visibiltiy of tracking processes and projects. Being able to measure how the team is doing, measuring your success, where training is needed, bottlenecks in the process needing to be addressed and being able to form a game for the team to be successful.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Meetings. Looking at our process and how we operate, I think we struggle at the begining with meetings, huddles and play calls. I think meetings are great, but if the team is not able to see results/success then it becomes meaningless. As an organization we had to make a hard pivot, reduce the number of meetings, give the team more time see results being successful.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Projects and PM's being completed driving force for our increase inproduction output. Teams commuicating and working together. Creating competition between the operators/Shifts -- which shift can bag the most tonnage.

  ### 34. Revolutionary Tool to Coach and Manage Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan S. | Vice President Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like the easy employee access to report concerns or problems on the production floor. I also like the increase in employee engagement when they understood the data in the aplication.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I can't think of anything I dislike about my Redzone experience.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is allowing both production employees and leadership to align themselves on the biggest problems to tackle. Because of this, we are seeing a significant increase in many production and financial metrics related to the manufacturing process.

  ### 35. Redzone = Tying your organization together

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Garrett P. | VP of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The connection of every level of the organization. The IPads and screens are great, but the venue creation has been the productivty unlock for us. Having the teams conduct huddles twice shift, review data and create actions to change the score has been a huge unlock for our production floor.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

In order to get the full benefit of the program, it requires every level of the organization to be trained and properly use the system. It requires a high level of management and discipline to achieve accurate results.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone closed our communication gap. With the use of chats and forums, our team is better connected than ever before. The front line has a direct connection to all levels of the organization and every department. This connections has allowed us to identify and track issues that were not being addressed before. We have seen big reductions in downtime and increases in OEE due to timely correction of issues.
We have data that we never had before. Data that is immediately available without having to work for it. You can spend your time changing the score instead of trying to keep the score.

  ### 36. Redzone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vatche D. | Senior Director Of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Communication between different departments. Employee engagement.
Improve efficiency. Measure OEE. Eliminate paperwork.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

NA. Redzone is a powerful tool; great experience working with it.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the critical tools we use at McKenna Labs is Redzone, which enables our front line workers to share in real-time how our operations are doing and where we need to focus our attention.

  ### 37. RedZone: An excellent blend of coaching and software to drive productivity improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

We have worked with 3 RedZone coaches over the past few years as we have implemented different RedZone modules. The coaches are fantastic, and do an incredible job at driving results in a short period of time. The coaches focus and experience with plant floor staff resulted in our organization seeing an increase in morale, retention, and most importantly, output, which lead to a very quick return on our RedZone investment.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

There is not much to dislike about RedZone. I wish there was a greater ability to monitor and work with the software outside of iOS, but I understand the reasoning for this. Additionally, further integration of Tableau or a Tableau like software to allow quicker results within the RedZone software.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReZone brings together data and coaching to facilitate a self-managed shop floor that is continuously improving without upper management having to drive the change. This allows leadership to focus efforts elsewhere after we figured out how to continuously reward our plant staff for their improvements.

  ### 38. Redzone is a game changer for company's struggiling to have accurate data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | Director of Engineering and Technical Services , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone gives us a "one stop shop" for data collection.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The limited platform capabilities. Apple products being its only platform. It needs to work on Android and laptops other than Apple.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are developing a web based platform. I'm excited to see it in action.

  ### 39. Communication across all departments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wyatt E. | Senior Director of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The Chat feature and the action panel. These two things have helped us understand our process a little better and helped make sure everyone is in the loop.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Getting everyone on board. It has been hard to get upper management involved in Redzone, but we will keep pushing it.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication, tasks getting done, and pin pointing saving areas.

  ### 40. Amazing Redzone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajiv S. | Opex supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

User friendly software who provide the live data anywhere from shift start times to downtime contributors to efficiencies for the company to take appropriate actions to drive the productivity and efficiencies upwards

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

No reason to dislike. It's a complete helping package to drive the performance upwards.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drive the efficiencies and productivity upwards by controlling the gaps through the data provided. Within 3-4 weeks after the implementation of RZ our plant efficiencies moved upwards by 13% with 29% of productivity lift and still continue

  ### 41. I love Redzone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The tooiling that redzone provides for you it's amazing, i love the fact they drive countinues improvement.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I have no complaints, the system works fantastic

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone gives a bigger picture on work process throughout the whole production facility.

  ### 42. Coach of the year Derek

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie H. | Vice President Fulfillment, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Visibility into our business and someone/something holding us accountable for our actions. I also specifically like Derek's ability to call us out when we can be better. He doesn't dance around issues, we hit them head on.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Not much. If the app was compatible with other platforms (android) that would be helpful.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's uniting ops, quality and maintenance. It allows us to address issues in real time rather than wait until after a shift or we forget. It's changed how we schedule. Now our scheduling team has real time insight into how machines are running and what's running.

  ### 43. Redzone is the catalyst needed to drive change in your Company!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Immediate access to daily Production and QC data. Ability to communicate to all front line workers in their native languages.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing at this time. Everything is working as expected.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication to our front line personnel and empowering them to contribute to the daily successes in our operation.

  ### 44. Shop floor management made easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben H. | Director Of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I appreciate the integration between Quality, Maintenance, and Operations. It aligns the groups towards the same priorities and makes variances very visible.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I wish the reporting was easier to build. The system is capturing a lot of great information but I have a hard time getting the report structure I need without being a Tableau expert.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

I would make sure I had a dedicated resource to work on the project. The Redzone team is very experienced and knowledgeable. So you will want to ensure you have someone available for them to get the most out of the process.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we launched Redzone we were new to paper reporting. Historically we had only recorded what was needed for our Quality system. With Redzone our operation became visible and our employees gained an understanding and ownership of the day-to-day decisions they were making, and the impact it has on our operation.

  ### 45. Over 107% efficiency improvements using Redzone in the first 90 days!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karthik S. | Manufacturing Excellence Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Forms, chats and groups make it very easy to communicate with cross-functional teams. The ability to conduct Kaizen events within the app helps operators to solve problems on the line. Real-time data helps front-line leaders understand what support is required and actions can be created to ensure root cause is eliminated. Production and Quality checks are very beneficial as it helps with data analytics. Pictures can be added to data checks to help operators during production runs. Redzone coaches are very friendly and always willing to help. Support team always listens to issues or feature requests and respond promptly.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Would like to see the ability to attach external SOPs (in Word format) to data checks so operators can reference them when they are performing a check. Also, more TPM tools within the Productivity module would be beneficial.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

Software is very easy to learn and Redzone coaches will help you along the way.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with all departments across all shifts has been one of the best benefits of using Redzone. Also, the combination of real-time data and analytics helps up identify our top losses and address issues as soon as possible. We have seen over 107% productivity increase on our lines after the first 90 days of using Redzone. In 2021, we increased our capacity by 25% while reducing consumer complaints by 15% and achieving over 300 days of no lost time injury. We saved over $1.4M compared to 2020 and most of that can be attributed to the culture we have created using Redzone as our foundation.

  ### 46. Productivity & Compliance Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nichole O. | Director of Quality, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

One of the most helpful Redzone features is the visibility in OEE and Quality Checks. What is measured can be easily trended and improved as everyone is now looking at the same data and speaking the same language. Redzone is built to easily flag issues or recognize success.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The learning curve for Redzone can be intimidating and daunting. Once the terms and how Redzone works are understood, it becomes relatively easy to begin creating data sheets, checks, activities, etc. I don't think this learning curve is any different than any other paper to electronic implementation though.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone helps us identify different forms of waste on the production line, allows for quicker product release and disposition, reduced nonconformances because defects are quickly visible, and allows all employees to quickly see how their doing against their target for the shift/day/week.

  ### 47. Redzone is a good quality system for monitoring compliance activities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony H. | Quality Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Makes quality monitoring real time as well as simplifies finding and analyzing data and trends.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The amount of hardware required for the system.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The excessive amount of quality paperwork that is hard to manage, develop trends and navigate when the need to review arises.

  ### 48. Redzone has made a significant impact on our efforts to become more efficient and change culture.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric M. | VP of Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The use of the Redzone tool, coupled with coaching with a focus on true culture change is the best part of Redzone. So many others provide a data collection tool but the way the Redzone team works with us to use the tool to really change performance truly sets them apart. That said, I do love that Redzone is always in the background collecting data. Improvement has always been hampered by our lack of actionable data and not having a culture of improvment. Redzone gives us both.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Still Learning how to access the data. Tableau is new and foreign to me and it's frustrating knowing that my data is there, but I can't access it quickly because of my lack of knowledge in Tableau.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To date, we have realized a plant-wide uplift in OEE of 8%. That's after a very slow start. The biggest problem I see us currently solving is the lack of timely communication between business functions. The time stamp on communication is helping us be accountable to each other and keeping our lines running more minutes in the day.

  ### 49. Continuous improvement & beyond

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gloria L. | Systems Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone helped our departments come together to improve production.
Different perspectives created multiple sources of solutions and understanding.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I wish we could add contents (gallons) to track production further.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team can now see our weak points and opportunities to improve.
Our production line is now getting the service needed.

  ### 50. Redzone gives you wings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis L. | Production Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone gives me the visibility I need to monitor many operations simultaneously. Combined with visual reporting, it really helps shed the light I need to respond to issues effectively.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Some features can be hard to access or edit because of indirect pathways. But Redzone support is pretty solid. Sometimes timezones delay that support as I'm on the West Coast and they are on the East.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

If you're looking for 24/7 visibility of operations and communication. Redzone can really work for you if you have the buy-in of your organization.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's really speeding up data reporting and analysis. Once you have it built and your teams using it correctly, you can get actionable information from it. And valuable insight from the shop floor.
