What problems is Protecht solving and how is that benefiting you?

Actions, Incidents, Hazards, Feedback at the click of a mouse button. All of these modules, plus Internal Audit and ERM and Operational Risk in the next few months, will allow us to start to easily view, report and anlyse data across all of the modules. We are also looking forward to be able to identify trends from the dashboards and reporting. Aprt from what Protecht is designed to do, the other benefit is the ability to easily design and create your own modules including, registers, forms, automation, escalation, dashboards and reporting. Each module allows integration with other Protecht Modules like Risk, Audit, Incident and Actions. If you are looking at integrating with existing software, Protecht also has API capability that is very well documented for your ICT department to work with. The configurability is easy - you don't need to be a programmer to do it.

The modules are very practical and solve real world business problems.

Whilst not a specific dislike, we underestimated the effort and detail required to implement Protecht and the importance of the initial design phase. What problems is Protecht solving and how is that benefiting you?

Protecht is enabling our organisation to implement key risk management tools such as KRIs, obligaitons management and controls, in addition to mandatory regulatory requirements relating to complaints management, breaches and incident management. The implementation and consideration of ERM capability assists to lift the risk maturity of the organisation. The real time tracking of incident, breach and complaint data and associated reporting is instrumental in identification of trends, performance and key prevention areas. What do you like best about Protecht?

Protecht has enabled us to automate our risk management system from new starters to leavers, from audits to assessments, from policies to procedures. One of the main benefits we find is that we have the autonomy to create our own registers and reporting enabling us to manage our risk effectively and within our set timeframe, also reducing consultancy costs. Their Protecht Academy can be allocated to team members within our business thus spreading the capabilities within the team. Majority of team members find the system easy to use.
