**What do you like best about Soft-Pro CRM?**

It’s very user-friendly and offers a wide range of integrations. The support and training are top-tier, and the ongoing development of new features keeps the closing process current and in step with the times. I also love the worklists, reports, and ease of administrative management.

**What do you dislike about Soft-Pro CRM?**

The file setup isn’t always deal-friendly for every type of transaction. For example, it can be difficult to manage a closing on multiple properties within the same SoftPro file. I also wish I could use the platform with split screens, that multiple users could access the same file at the same time, and that we could delete unnecessary items when they’re no longer needed. I also wish that it was easier to access immediately due tasks .

**What problems is Soft-Pro CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not a communications database, but it's fantastic for real estate transaction processing.
