What do you like best about Postscript?

There really are many things to like about SMS Marketing.

I will list a few:

- PostScript specifically is Super customizable campaigns & segmentation is available.

- The customer service is seriously Second-to-none.

- SMS Marketing just works, for ecom it's a no-brainer & PostScript makes it easy.

- I like that they are also hands-on (They give you detailed instructions on how to disclose all of the required info to your customer (and they will even help you implement if you need the help). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postscript?

Not much at all, Support asked me the standard "is there was anything else they can help me with", I jokingly said, "sure, help me make more sales".

Sure enough, Shannon (CS rep) told me she will do an account Audit & literally found me ways to make more sales.

What do you like best about Postscript?

There are so many amazing things that I love about Postscript! I love that I have automations set up so my customers are getting text messages and I'm making money all the time. I love that I can personalize all of my text messages and they are SO easy to create and send! I love that I have two way communication and my customers can text me right back! It's so great! All of those things are amazing, but honestly the best part has been the customer service. I have never experienced a company with such excellent customer service at all times of the day. Every person I've interacted with has been incredible and literally helped me with step by step instructions to set things up, fix things (that I did wrong!), and they have all made sure that I had a clear understanding of everything I asked about. What do you like best about Postscript?

There are so many features, and the representatives ALWAYS go above and beyond. They're quick and efficient, not to mention PATIENT with my millions of questions and ideas. What do you dislike about Postscript?

No dislikes come to mind. There's nothing another text service does that Postscripts doesn't. It took me a bit to get the hang of all of the features and tools because I wasn't used to it at the time from the text service I had switched over from. What do you like best about Postscript?

What I like best about Postscript is simply their amazing support team. I have NEVER worked with a SaaS company that is more dedicated to their customers than Postscript. Just yesterday I was having some issues with my account and after messaging with support for awhile, they had 3 of their top engineers creating a brand NEW solution that not only worked for my account but for other merchants as well. It really showed me that Postscript truly cares about their customers whether they are small or large. On top of that, any time I have questions about a specific feature, I simply ask their chat widget and typically get an answer within 5 minutes... NO ONE ELSE does that. And I find that extremely valuable for our business.

On top of that, Postscript UI is extremely easy to use and they are constantly working on improving it to improve the experience. I know they have a huge roadmap coming and cannot wait to see what Postscript has in store for us!

I found other SMS platforms being able to do one of those things, but not the other. Whereas Postscript is able to hit a homerun on both the support and user experience. 10/10 recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postscript?

The only thing I don't like about Postscript is the UI design. Yes, it's very easy to use BUT I think it could use an extreme makeover to make it cleaner and more modern. On top of that, a mobile app or even a mobile viewpoint of the dashboard would be extremely nice to have. Right now, I am not able to view on mobile as it's just not optimized. What do you like best about Postscript?

I wish we have discovered Postscript right away! Ths app made it easier for us to communicate too our mobile customers on a more personal level. The ease-of-use and functionality it offers integrate well with our current marketing efforts. With each campaign we send, we are confident that all the information we want to get across will be properly disseminated. What do you dislike about Postscript?

I wouldn't say this is a con though to be honest. The learning curve in the beginning can be a little high but their support team (esp. Shannon!) are ALWAYS very helpful and accommodating to any question we have. Postscript has the best customer service and tech services in any app we've used within the Shopify environment. "New to SMS - Postscript Makes IT Happen"
What do you like best about Postscript?

We're new to SMS Marketing and Postscript broke down any barrier to entry we might have had! Their simple, easy to use interface makes it quick to set up an account and get rolling. Have any questions? Their Customer Service is top-notch. I have yet to use a service that is better in all of those ways.

There are no hidden surprises and everything is as straightforward as it gets. Set up keywords, campaigns, and grow your lists within minutes of signing up! Since we've started with Postscript, we've been approached by other brands to get us to onboard with them. I tell them, no way, we're staying here. Why would we leave? Their integrations are also a huge plus when you have a lot of separate apps that have to communicate with each other to make the marketing puzzle whole.

If you've been thinking about getting into SMS Marketing or it's something you're already doing, I couldn't recommend Postscript enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postscript?

Everything! Prior to using Postscript, the company I worked for had used 2 different SMS marketing platforms and they were both underwhelming and unhelpful. Everything about Postscript is designed for your company to succeed! From the knowledgable staff that is quick to answer any questions, you have to the vast resource center to the texting guides (it lets you know how effective your text will be) to their SMS certification course, literally everything on this platform is designed to help you be the best in the game at SMS marketing and to help you grow your audience and expand your reach. As a small business, I can't imagine a better platform!

One of my favorite aspects of this platform is just how much I feel the company is evolving with the market. It is easy for "best practices" to become dated, but Postscript is constantly working to stay in front of market trends so you really feel like you are doing the very best thing for your company and customer. Super easy to integrate, set-up an account and get started with SMS!

Our clients are seeing incredibly high CTRs and conversion rates for Abandoned Cart & Welcome Flows. Their 30 trial makes it very easy to get clients on board + prove the value of SMS when they haven't used the channel before.

What do you like best about Postscript?

Extremely easy to use and setup, responsive customer service, and insightful analytics that keep getting better. There are a ton of integrations and automation templates that make getting up and running super fast. I've been able to help my clients bring in insane revenue by using Postscript. For some, SMS now makes up 15% of their total revenue. I've used numerous other SMS platforms and nothing compares to Postscript. If you have Shopify, you need this app!
