Postscript is honestly the best! Incredibly intuitive platform and fantastic customer service. Wes was super helpful in answering all our questions & getting us launched in a very short period. Unmatched service.

"Thanks for the Help!"

5/5

What do you like best about Postscript?

Honestly, I've worked with a few different SMS platforms in my day, but Postscript has been one of the easiest to use. I was a little lukewarm on it (only because I was trained on other platforms), but after my experience with Sylvia and the support team, all of that changed. They were so helpful to me as I navigated an issue with a pop-up and making sure that everything was talking to each other clearly. She followed up with me and was responsive and communicative throughout the process, and was consistently looking to help me and be on my side, not just sending articles to help me sort it out myself, but by talking to her team and chatting with her engineers about the core root of the issue. It took a while to resolve, but she was patient and thorough and made sure that I knew it was going to be resolved! Thanks Sylvia. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postscript?

N/A for the time being! Sometimes the segmenting can be a tad confusing, but it's nothing to fret over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Potential"

3.5/5

What do you like best about Postscript?

It's great for customers to have a quick and easy way to reach out about promotional texts and other inquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postscript?

The integrations with Gorgias don't allow the CS team to see exactly what promotion the customer is referring to in their message - it's an extra process to look for that information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great SMS platform"

5/5

What do you like best about Postscript?

Love all the segments you can create. You can target so many different people based on how they interact on your site. Ive used some other SMS platforms and PostScripts is definitely a step above them. Super easy to use as well. If you spend a certain amount a month you get a dedicated rep and they are super helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postscript?

I don't love the pricing/ credit structure. I think a pay as you go feature would be much more beneficial for users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Recommend to all small business owners."

5/5

What do you like best about Postscript?

Although I don't use Postscript to the maximum extent that I should, I've always been happy with what I've done SO FAR. I'm excited to see the benefits of integrating Klaviyo lists & segments with Postscript to send more distinctive texts and GIFS to my customers. Customer service has been extremely helpful as well. Cailee Rye was 10/10 today answering all of my questions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postscript?

I haven't encountered anything negative other than myself not taking the time to learn more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
