I got ripped off by Postcript. Do not use this sms platform
Easy to use but now worth it because they charge me $500 a month for platform fee and they refuse to cancel it after I was charged without using it. They are very condescending.

Great SMS platform and very helpful customer service!
Integrations with Zipify OCU and Klaviyo are deal-breakers. Really easy to use and if I can't figure something out, their customer support team is super-responsive! Also, the ability to do almost everything within the app, without reaching out to reps all the time is great.
