The first thing I need to mention - before all else - is their INCREDIBLE Customer Service and Customer Experience. The only thing a business owner hates more than looking for an answer and having to speak to incompetent or lack luster customer service agents... is nothing. That's the worst! But the team at PS literally responds to my messages within seconds, and answer any and all questions I have.
Their software is incredibly robust and works similarly to your favorite CRM, but with that come challenges with logic, triggers, segmentation, etc. Zev and Shannon have always walked me through the steps, helped me with adjustments, and catered to my demanding requests.
Their team also goes above and beyond by suggesting fruitful automations, campaigns, and more. Just recently, they have created integrations with ReCharge which really helps with managing subscriptions, along with a pop up form that now collects EMAILS and phone numbers. Collecting both the emails and phone numbers really helps with our Welcome Series and messaging from Klaviyo. My LTV has significantly increased, my churn rate for subscriptions have decreased, and best of all, our revenue has sky rocketed.
Our automations and campaigns generate $200,000 a month for my business with high EPM. The honest truth is this: without the help of Zev and Shannon, I would have not optimized this SMS messaging platform and reaped the rewards I currently do.

What I dislike is the lack of key functionality (in my mind) when it comes to creating triggers, segmentation, or functionality from their integrations like ReCharge. But seemingly, as soon as I am annoying by a lack of bandwidth from their options, they release the functionality I was hoping for!
They truly are one step ahead of the game.
Main Suggestions:
Make sure you can sort through products for exclusions in a simpler manner. Perhaps by "text contains" functionality, rather than having to list several SKUs. Will make life much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
