"Zev & Shannon From PostScript Are The Reason I Generate An Extra $200,000 a Month"
What do you like best about Postscript?

The first thing I need to mention - before all else - is their INCREDIBLE Customer Service and Customer Experience. The only thing a business owner hates more than looking for an answer and having to speak to incompetent or lack luster customer service agents... is nothing. That's the worst! But the team at PS literally responds to my messages within seconds, and answer any and all questions I have.

Their software is incredibly robust and works similarly to your favorite CRM, but with that come challenges with logic, triggers, segmentation, etc. Zev and Shannon have always walked me through the steps, helped me with adjustments, and catered to my demanding requests.

Their team also goes above and beyond by suggesting fruitful automations, campaigns, and more. Just recently, they have created integrations with ReCharge which really helps with managing subscriptions, along with a pop up form that now collects EMAILS and phone numbers. Collecting both the emails and phone numbers really helps with our Welcome Series and messaging from Klaviyo. My LTV has significantly increased, my churn rate for subscriptions have decreased, and best of all, our revenue has sky rocketed.

Our automations and campaigns generate $200,000 a month for my business with high EPM. The honest truth is this: without the help of Zev and Shannon, I would have not optimized this SMS messaging platform and reaped the rewards I currently do.

From A-Z, they've covered my needs, and ALWAYS exceed my expectations.

If you're running a eCom business, small or large, it's imperative you use this app.

What do you dislike about Postscript?

What I dislike is the lack of key functionality (in my mind) when it comes to creating triggers, segmentation, or functionality from their integrations like ReCharge. But seemingly, as soon as I am annoying by a lack of bandwidth from their options, they release the functionality I was hoping for!

They truly are one step ahead of the game.

Main Suggestions:

Make sure you can sort through products for exclusions in a simpler manner. Perhaps by "text contains" functionality, rather than having to list several SKUs. Will make life much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postscript?

2 things:

1) The automations make it easy to save sales that could have been lost. Your guaranteeing your customers will think about you again when you setup an automated SMS.

2) Segments and Campaigns. We've been able to build an SMS segment to send weekly texts for those that ask. These opt in customers are some of our most valuable customers because we're constantly in communication. Postscripts makes it easy to send our weekly texts. What do you like best about Postscript?

I like how easy it is to set everything up. Everything is really self explanatory. We never experienced any errors.

What do you like best about Postscript?

The speed of the support team is like nothing I have experienced with any other brand. You can tell they actually care about the success of your store, and they will do anything it takes to solve a problem or think of a workaround in order to get done what you need to get down.

Most companies will just spend a ton of time and money to get you onboard, but after that, you're pretty much stuck on your own, but not with Postscript!

What do you dislike about Postscript?

My only dislike would be some of the reporting features. It has good integration with Shopify, but if you are thinking about getting some in-depth reporting, you might have to get more creative. My only ask would be better integration with Shopify to see what customers bought, the names of the customers, how many previous orders, etc. Instead of just revenue generated. What do you like best about Postscript?

The best part about using Postscript is their advanced knowledge of SMS marketing and easy access to their customer service team and the resources they provide. Every conversation I've had with their team provides incredible value. I have never left a conversation with an issue unresolved. You can tell their team CARES about their partnerships, which means the world to our small and growing business. What do you dislike about Postscript?

A few things that we dislike about Postscript is not being able to EXCLUDE segments when sending out campaigns like our email marketing platform does. This would make segmenting lists a little bit easier, but there are ways around it. In addition, I wish reading the analytics was a bit easier to comprehend. I find myself doing a little more leg work than other platforms to pull the numbers I need. Other than those 2 things, everything is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postscript?

It is so hard to choose one thing, because this company is so great. However, since I am being forced to choose one thing I like out of the dozens of things I like about Post Script, I would say the CUSTOMER SERVICE. A company can have the greatest product ever but if their customer service is poor, it's easy to get frustrated. Post Script Customer service is at 100% and that is not an easy thing for a company to get. They are super friendly and helpful at every single stage. They don't just want to take your money. They go above and beyond to make sure you are getting your monies worth. And let me tell you, the platform is turnkey. I see my return 10 fold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postscript?

It's an incredibly powerful tool. Setup was easy with the Shopify app install. The mobile friendly signup that autofills the text for the customer is crucial. What do you like best about Postscript?

Integrations with Zipify OCU and Klaviyo are deal-breakers. Really easy to use and if I can't figure something out, their customer support team is super-responsive! Can't really rely on Postscripts reporting in terms of sales attribution. The numbers differ significantly from what our other tracking platforms are showing. Segmentation filters are rather good, but still lacking a few obvious features like selecting people who never clicked, or excluding other segments from segments or campaigns when sending.
