I am so happy I decided to use Postscript. It came highly recommended to me and several team members personally reached out to help me get setup! Within a day, I was generating additional sales for my eCommerce company.

It is hard to think of dislikes when it comes to Postscript, however, I believe these changes would improve the overall experience:

* Improved Analytics - I'm a data nerd and would like to see more granular data

* Organization of segments - It's amazing how customizable the segments are, however, when you have a lot it gets messy. It'd be great to create an accordion tab or something to place them into folders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Getting up and running was as simple as adding the Postscript app to our Shopify Stores. Getting our keywords and popups configured was easy and we started to see signup ups right away. Postscript has become one of our most profitable marketing channels. The effort is low and the return is high. The one time we needed to reach out to customer support for some guidance they responded quickly and were very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We'd love to see more integrations for the email collection feature. You can opt to use the Postscript database and then download the csv for import. Not a huge deal, but it's an extra step. It would be nice to have this process automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how simple it is to create campaigns and text my customers. The ability to send GIFs is great and there are many list building options. It allows me to reach my customers instantly when social media can't. Also the customer support is awesome. I always get quick replies & solutions, they are helpful and also fun! I think the main downside is that individual carriers can prolong texts -- but that isn't Postscript's fault. I would like to see more Shopify integrations like a "text when back in stock" feature.

I also would like to use Postscript for my other non-shopify business someday but they are only for Shopify stores at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Postscript has been such a wonderful tool to connect to our clients! As a small business with a hardworking team of women who each wear several hats within the company, we needed something easy to utilize and effective. Set up was extremely simple and I did not have many moments of the overwhelmed, "I don't know what I'm doing" panic! Being legally compliant is huge for our company, and Postscript made everything so simple with no second guessing if we were doing it right. Also, the sales already have been shocking. The customer service has been A+ and they are extremely helpful in helping your business succeed with the app. It has already surpassed our email marketing revenue by 200% with a text that takes me 5 min to make vs an email that takes 2+ hours. We do not have any big dislikes in function as of yet to report. MMS can look blurry in preview. I also wish we could send .mp4 or other short videos, not just photos and gifs. Also I wish there was an option for customers to not be able to text back and there be a customizable automatic response like, "This user is not able to receive texts back.
