What do you like best about Postscript?

Making different text automation based on what the customer has bought ex) a certain product or a certain combo of products.

Also I love the fact that SMS campaigns are SO much more responsive than making email newsletters Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postscript?

I dislike that with a list of 1000 contacts It costs me about $35 in credits to send out just one mass text campaign.

What do you like best about Postscript?

The knowledge and responsiveness of the customer service team. The fact that support is US based is very important to me. They are responsive and can walk me through any issues I encounter. I like how extensive their knowledge base is and how much emphasis they place on educating their customers about being TCPA complaint as well as the best SMS practices. What do you dislike about Postscript?

I dislike shortcodes, but after being onboarded and using the platform for 6 months, we realized that shortcodes don't decrease revenue at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postscript?

I love the customer service experience! The team is always available and puts forth the effort to ensure my questions are answered. The app is very easy t use and integrates with my email system Klaviyo which has been a huge help segmenting my lists. Postscript recently did an audit of my strategy and provided a ton of helpful suggestions that I'll be implementing.

I also like its affordability. I have apps that I cost more than Postscript but the customer service is horrible. I'll be cleaning my app list toward the end of the month and those apps will not make the cut.

If I didn't own a business, I'd work for Postscript! Yeap, I love them that much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postscript?

The ease of use has been beneficial to our fast-paced workflow. Automations were automatically added to our account and we were up and running from day 1. What do you like best about Postscript?

The segmentation in Postscript is unlike any other SMS platform. It's easy to use and allows us to send out campaigns to certain audiences to maximize our revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I personally dislike the 160 characters as a single segment, but, it's the same thing with every other SMS provider which is unavoidable. However, with Postscript's pricing, it's not a problem at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postscript?

I really enjoy the fact that the customer service team is on quick and efficient. They are super helpful when it comes to explaining the basic minutia of the platform to beginners and experts. I also enjoy their willingness to schedule meetings when new updates roll out and explain what they think can help us. There isn't really anything I disliked. I came into Postscript with a business already using the platform so there was a slight learning curve, but as mentioned above. What do you like best about Postscript?

Postscript is easy to use, provides OUTSTANDING customer service, and is super convenient! I love that I can schedule my texts, include photos and gifs, and the tips it gives is very helpful as well! The pop-up integration for my website was very easy to complete and works very well for gaining new subscribers. I also love the option to send texts to a specific group of customers instead of every subscriber! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postscript?

My ONLY complaint is sometimes it's a little difficult to use on my mobile device. So, if I needed to go in last minute and send a quick text it takes me a little bit. It still allows me to do it but I wish it was a little more mobile friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
