I love the customer service experience! The team is always available and puts forth the effort to ensure my questions are answered. The app is very easy t use and integrates with my email system Klaviyo which has been a huge help segmenting my lists. Postscript recently did an audit of my strategy and provided a ton of helpful suggestions that I'll be implementing.
I also like its affordability. I have apps that I cost more than Postscript but the customer service is horrible. I'll be cleaning my app list toward the end of the month and those apps will not make the cut.
