Nothing so far, we're still in the implementation stage so we need some time using it before we have an opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

making automation flows is a bit confusing at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well firstly the customer service was phenomenal. I reached out to do some configuring but received the greatest help from a rep named Shannon who was conversational and I felt like I was talking to a good girlfriend. I heard about Postscript through a friend who earned 25k and had proof of her sales. One thing I love is that I can still grow my email list while collecting SMS and they give you the tools to convert your already existing email list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far there is nothing to dislike. It's pretty straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is so easy to use, I have never done SMS marketing before and set up everything myself. Whatever I couldn't figure out the CS team was so easy to work with via chat solving problems in minutes. I've made $1000 off postscript with almost no effort in the free trial phase alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly so far, nothing. Sure I wish there were some more integrations available like Yotpo review collection, or Talkable referral, but there are workarounds to everything and they are adding more integrations all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the automation the best and the campaigns! They are very particular and proficient on the legal aspect of making sure you are compliant! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really don't favor the plan and credits set up - it's on the expensive side... I need to thoroughly review my plan's credits to include or not include emojis and images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They integrated easily into our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform and the customer service. It is super easy to use. They even set automated flows up for me. This is the best and fastest customer service I have received in Shopify ever and I have been working with Shopify for years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can honestly say I have zero dislikes about Postscript. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's been so easy to get our account set up and our list from a *less superior* SMS provider uploaded. Not to mention that their support team has been absolutely one of the best I've interacted with out of any app! Quick to reply & always a pleasure to speak with. Nothing major so far-- would love a definition list of the triggers which they have passed along and would love to see a way for custom promo codes to be generated in Recharge along with the shopify ones in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We shopped around with multiple SMS platforms before landing on Postscript! We love their support, functionality, and usability of the product. It's already added so much value to our team. Plus it was super easy to install + get started...and much cheaper than others. The 30 Day free trial is SUPER helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do wish there were more behavioral options BUT no one really has that due to the nature of SMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As stated in my title, the customer service for this software is unparalleled. Seriously. It's to the point that I remember the names of the customer service reps as if they were my friends... they kinda are - maybe? Corrine, Sylvia - I'm looking at you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having to remove opt-in at checkout this year is a bummer, but out of their control. It's a new legal thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
